The short answer is... Yes. The big name clubs get more coverage overseas and the a TV companies can charge more for the coverage that they sell to pubs and such.

Good idea, but difficult for some to type, depending in their keyboards. On iPads, iPhones etc. just press and hold the 'e' key and the accented options will appear. You can then slide your finger across to the desired option. On Windows PCs a Ctrl-Alt-E usually gives an é.
