Who for?

If Jones/Tointon (sp?) require Crouch's handout to pay the bills this month, where's the money to offer new contacts, for next season and beyond? They've already said they can't sell season tickets because there's a chance they will not be able to honour them. Surely it's the same with new player contracts?

As much as we hope he does, I can't see how he can until the takeover is complete? Surely Fry can't sanction this and even if he could, the Football Board is temporary and the Manager is temporary ( until someone tells him otherwise). The new owners would surely want to negotiate any new contracts and the new manager (if there is to be one) will want to pick his own players.

He is wealthy (10's of millions) but his wife and her family I believe, are mega wealthy (100's of millions). However, I suspect that if this is correct, it ties in with the mystery foreign investment and the money will be coming from his business contacts in Italy or Turkey.

Every time he's been back as a manager, he has always been complimentary to us as fans and the club as a whole. The only reason he walked away in the first place is because he knew straight away he couldn't work for Rupert.

He's a proper football man, with many contacts throughout the game and he knows and has a self confessed soft spot for the club (in other words, in it for the right reasons).

This is what I'd like to see (or similar).

I think is pretty good. It's not really my cup of tea, musically but then again, you'll never get a song that everyone likes. We can't agree what bog-roll should be used at SMS FFS! End of the day, it is a great effort to help keep the club afloat and I will buy/download it when it becomes available.

Just a thought! As SLH is no longer an entity, the assets are all being sold separately and the preferred bidder on each is being announced separately? The stadium was the first to be sorted because it has the greatest value and greatest debt, followed by the FC, followed by whatever's left. It could still be the case that the preferred bidder for asset 'a' is the same preferred bidder as assets 'b' and 'c'?

I would like a kit to commemorate our 125th anniversary (if we get that far), that ties in with our origins. Old Gold/Amber and Black halves or quarters (similar to the red and white one we had for the last Dell game), in the colours of the old Hampshire Regiment. Could be based on the Blackburn template.

As long has he has a big lump up front with him, he'll be fine. He was much more effective when playing the withdrawn striker roll. He will never be any good as a loan striker because he can't play with his back to goal.

7 Weeks is a long time in the life of SFC (just not when it comes to take-overs and Fridays!
