BBC showed him on Leicester's extensive injury list in the pre-match build up.

Ha. Imagine the meltdown on here if Bazunu had let that in.

Got one at last from a FK. And that's all we can manage these days - shots from a JWP dead ball. We look utterly incapable of creating any kind of shooting chance from open play right now.
-
What has happened to Salisu? Hard to believe this is the same guy that got MOTM against City last season.

Just made myself some creamed mushrooms on toast with bacon lardons and a poached egg.

Carved open by a fluke mis-hit clearance. Game over. I'm gonna turn it off and do something less soul-destroying.

Desalination is a useful tool in areas where there is little to no alternative, but the technology is very energy intensive and can't be scaled up sufficiently to solve the problem of increased demand and reduced supply that is already happening and projected to get much worse in the coming decades.

I think so. They haven't disgraced themselves. Playing much better than we did against Forest the other night.

Maybe you need to learn the difference between seawater and freshwater.

Not that i have to justify myself to you, but promoting the efficient use of water is one of the core principles of my job, so I have to practice what I preach.

To each his own. I wouldn't dream of showering twice a day, that's excessive and just a waste of water and electricity. When i worked in the office i would shower every morning, but I work from home these days so it really doesn't matter how clean I smell. Plus my wife is a bit of a weirdo and actually likes the scent of my BO. she finds it 'comforting'!

It's £14 per month, not per day. Although I seriously doubt anyone would go to the trouble of joining a gym just to use the showers. If you already have a gym membership then yes, it makes total sense. I go gym/swim 3-4 times a week and use the showers there so I rarely have one at home these days.

I thought this thread was started prematurely TBH, but after just over a week and 18 pages later, I'm fully on board with the sentiment. He's hopelessly out of his depth and needs to be relieved of his duties while there is still the tiniest chance of recovering the situation.

It's true there is a lack of quality in the squad, but a competent manager would at least be able to pick a consistent best 11 from it and get them organised enough to be competitive and occasionally take points from other shit teams. I've seen enough of Jones now to conclude that he is not a competent manager. 0 points and 0 goals from open play from the last 3 games, which were supposed to be the start of an 'easier' run of fixtures, says it all. The squad is limited, yes, but it's capable of better than that.

Let's not beat around the bush here. Forest were utter fucking garbage, and showed exactly why their away record is so bad, and we just gifted them a win. Customary brain-fart from Lyanco gifts them a goal, and our pathetic excuse for an 'attack' can't muster a single shot on target. I can't think of an expletive strong enough to describe how pitiful that was to watch. I really wanted to give Jones a chance to settle and give him some time to prove himself worthy of being given the job, but I can't defend what I'm seeing with my own eyes. There's no plan, no style, and no fight whatsoever in this team. Not one of the players understands where they are supposed to be, there's no cohesion, no movement, no running the channels (not that any of our AMs would have the vision to play the right ball anyway) and we're just so fucking easy to defend against. Sorry Nathan. You need to go before you do even more damage. You are quite literally out of your league. SR - do the right thing and admit you made a horrible mistake hiring him. Not that sacking him now will save us anyway. You can't have 3 managers in a season and expect to stay up. Watford have proved that, and so did we in 04/05.
-
Forest are quite happy to just let us have possession on the edge of the box because they can have absolute confidence we won't do anything with it.
-
Zero shots on target, at home against the team with the worst away record in the league. But we got a flashy lightshow, so it's all fine.
-
The total lack of quality in the final third is just horrifying. How can any professional players at any level possibly be this bad? It's just woeful.
-
Fuck me they are all over us. Forest - who have been utter gash away from home all season - are playing us off the park. The last 3 games have been far worse than anything we witnessed under RH. We've got no shape, no discernible system, no goal threat, and no fucking idea how to stick the ball in the opponent's net and keep it out of ours. In all my years of watching Saints I have never seen us as consistently bad as we are now. Even the Poortvliet/Wotte years were better than this. If Nathan Jones was the answer, what the fuck was the question?

Great. ABK is injured again. No doubt he'll be out for another 2 months and we'll have to watch Lyanco do a poor impression of a footballer while he's recovering.
-
Doesn't look like Lyanco will be coming off because ABK looks injured again.
-
Forest fans singing "How shit must you be, we're winning away". The answer to that is: completely and utterly as shit as you could possibly imagine.
-
Oh fuck off Lyanco you stupid prick.
-
Big let off. They should have scored there. We were napping and gave them a free shot.
