Agreed. Decent performer, but with that vital ingredient of pace! Pace, which our defence could do with more of.

bench: Davis Fox Fonte Ward-Prowse De Ridder Rodriguez Mayuka

With rumours of Butterfied and Seaborne leaving, and the obvious need and evidence of trying to reinforce at centre back and left back, what would our proposed squad going forward look like? Boruc Gazzanigga Davis Yoshida *New Centre Back Hooiveld Fonte Clyne Richardson *New Left Back Fox Shaw Schneiderlin Cork Davis Ward-Prowse Chaplow Ramirez Lallana Puncheon De Ridder Guly Lambert Lee Rodriguez Mayuka If we get some quality and pace in at those two defensive positions in January, on review, that looks like a very very useful looking squad!

MILTONROADER in another first class thread shocker...
-
Congratulations to him!

Hopefully not serious enough to keep him out longer than 6 weeks, suppose could've been worse and been the ankle again. Stronger squad with him to call from.

---------------Gazzaniga Clyne-----Fonte----Yoshida-----Dickson ------------Davis-----Morgan -----------------Ramirez Puncheon-------------------------Lallana -----------------Lambert Undecided about whether Fonte or Jos partners Yoshi but seeing as though Fonte has had a couple of mare free games, suppose he's going to keep his place! About Dickson, Clyne is better than Frazer on the right and Dickson has to be worth a try over Fox's inability to pick up players... Try this.

Can someone please find out how long lee is out for?!

Have to agree. Proof is always in the pudding, and ours' (1 left back aside) is fast showing signs of getting sweeter and sweeter...

If we keep a clean sheet at Everton, I am pretty sure we will be 3 points better off. We are the third highest scoring team in the division.
-
A left back and a centre back, with seaborne and butterfield going the opposite way, and we would truly have an excellent all round, balanced squad.

Of all the sublime passing, interchanging and Ricky Lambert being Rickie lambert, the most satisfaction I drew yesterday was from the performance and ease with which YOSHIDA settled in. Made a lot of it look so easy especially when the mere basics have been looking so difficult lately. Il say it again, these transfer window buys have been top class.

Somewhere around early to mid 20's i'ld say. If I had to guess I'd say he's 24.
