I know that this is a risky question

He just seems to post the same thing: "This message is hidden because Deppo is on your ignore list. View Post Remove user from ignore list" -
Hmm possibly, it depends how the survey was conducted. But Newcastle do have a great away following

So far this season google maps reckons 3,170

This. How can west brom have the most, surely it would be newcastle/sunderland?

Cortese clarifies the current position (Daily Telegraph)

Disappointing that this media scrum stopped us from getting what could have been key players. Love how strong Cortese has been though, the image of him throwing a fax from Liverpool into the bin is just brilliant! -
Loan period to open.. Do we have a deal lined up?
Nexstar replied to Saint 76er's topic in The Saints
Which town are we talking about? He was born in the north, plays in the north, goes to uni at manchester, supports sheff wed and his brother plays for huddersfield. -

I think we're done. I don't see a position where we are particularly short of options. People mentioned the keeper, but Bart has shown he's perfectly capable between the sticks. -
Liveonlinefooty.com is what I use. Is usually very good quality and shows other things such as boxing/cricket/rugby

No problem Back in September I booked to do 3 weeks of football coaching with Kenyan Adventure this coming July, so I went along tonight to find out abit more about the experience and see what the Saints Foundation trip had to offer.
-
Just got back from St. Mary's. It was a brief but interesting talk by Dan from Kenyan Adventure and a couple of guys representing the Saints Foundation. Here are a few brief notes which I imagine others could expand on: - The outbound flight would leave around 9pm on Sunday 13th November (landing Monday morning). With the return flight on Thursday 24th November, so it's a 10-night stay. - At the minute they are just hoping to get 25 people involved but said they had contingency plans if there was to be more interest. It sounded as though they wouldn't be turning people away. - A £150 deposit would need to be paid, with £75 going to Virgin to secure a seat on the flights and £75 to Kenyan Adventure just for booking confirmation. - 50% of the total money would need to be paid 8 weeks before departure, with the final 50% required with 4 weeks to go. - A pre-departure meeting would be held to discuss final preparations around 6 weeks before leaving, but there would almost certainly be a meeting held once all the places are confirmed, so those involved can get acquainted. - It looks as though the booking cut off would have to be around the end of February due to the need to secure the flights. - CRB checks are not necessary due to the number of staff members that would be around the younger kids. - Community help (such as working in schools) would generally be between 9am and 3pm, with most sports, particularly football, held in the later afternoon. This allows people to get involved with both sides, but if people did not feel comfortable helping out during lessons for whatever reason, then it may be possible to help with sports classes during school time. - Swahili and English are both widely spoken in Kenya - A trip to a large safari park is included in the cost and would take place on the final weekend. Following the safari tour there will be an hour journey up to the equator, so there is the chance to stand on both sides of the hemisphere at one time. - There are plans for a tournament on the Sunday of the final weekend in a local stadium whereby several matches can take place between the teams that have been coached and those that have gone on the trip (including Nicola). - Cortese will be attending for 3-4 days and is said to be keen to get involved whilst over there. - The Saints Foundation said there is potential for an annual trip, teaming up with Kenyan Adventure, if this November is as successful as they hope it will be. - I also spoke to one of the Saints Foundations guys afterwards and he said they were hoping to try out a few events in 2011, such as sky diving, the Great South Run and possibly fashion shows. Which would, if successful enough in terms of fundraising, also become annual events by the Foundation. And that's about all I can remember at the moment
-
Yeah they are. Would prefer it if Saint Player used the Solent commentary over the top, like they have done for a few games.

You say it as though people complain at the Echo's political bias, like national newspapers. But the complaint is at the journalists who cannot even get the most simple facts correct and then expect to be able to sell this newspaper to thousands of people each day, unnoticed.
-
I've already booked to go in July with the same company. Going to head to the meeting tomorrow to find out a bit more about the experience. If I remember i'll take a few notes and let people know what was said in brief.
-
On the back page of today's edition it has a picture of Rickie's second and, what you would expect to be an up-to-date, table. However, the table is of course not up-to-date and is in fact from back in November, after we had played 18 games and were lying in sixth. Instead we've played 26 games and are fourth. Well done, The Daily Echo. (again)

Really looking forward to their protest on Saturday. We led the way with Lowe before Swansea, now let's see if they can follow suit!
-
Whilst at Notts County he scored 8 in 18
-
Based on Adkins' choice of Chaplow i'm not going to throw my teddy out the pram just yet. Oh and 8 goals in 18 games is not bad for a winger...
-
Seems odd for them to say he's in talks, why not wait until he has actually gone?
-
Is the BlueStar number 3 late again?
-
This was made up. Confirmed by Jordan Sibley's twitter
-
Jordan Sibley "Heading off to the training ground. Hoping I will be able to fight my way past Beattie, Salihi, Torres - any others I should look out for?!" Clearly none of them then
-
If we were looking for a new keeper it should be Richard Lee - has been outstanding this season
-
Agreed, thought he was very composed and cleared up at the back
