Far too early to tell who will be top come May. As has been stated, we could have been 1st right now and instead we're 5 points off. Similarly we could hit another great run of form and brighton could have a few poor games and find themselves a couple of points behind us. Only halfway through the season and now the play-offs are starting to thin out we'll gradually see over the next 8 weeks which 3/4 teams will battle it out for the top 2. At the minute I can only see it being us, Brighton and Huddersfield.

Very dull game but they defended in numbers and we lacked a bit of creativity (partly due to the absence of Lallana). We still need to spend a bit of money on the wings and in CM if we are going to have a squad that can sustain a few injuries and still bring players on to turn matches. Gobern did OK but is no impact player.

If this is true it would be time to spend some serious cash again.

I have to agree. Have been a season ticket holder for 4 years and now I finally have something to cheer about - the fact I expect us to win!
