I have to disagree over Rory. He was a decent enough player for us and when he got injured during the 2003 cup run we missed him and his energy. If my memory serves me correctly he never made the cup final and for us he was a big miss. It’s all about opinions so don’t slaughter me for having one!!

He’s spent his entire career predominantly with one club and has conducted himself in an exemplary manner. In any other walk of life that would be applauded and he should be too. More like him as role models can only be a good thing. I hope we laud JWP in a similar way at the end of this decade but I suspect we won’t be.

Absolutely. Appears like another one of Ralph’s freakish team selections with him trying to be too clever. Got away with it v WH but not today. For me this is why we’ll never win anything under him or break the top ten. Also another reason why he won’t be a top top manager.

Anyone know which station is best for VP for getting away after - Witton or Aston? I’ll be going back to BNS and then north from there. Normally I drive but I’m going to train it on this occasion. TIA.

I think we run the real risk of our ‘spine’ being ripped out this summer. It’ll be another case of recycle and start again. Whilst this might give us a few bob I’m not so sure that the new owners would necessarily spend it.

You know what I bet some of their fans are morons and acted in the wrong way after that play-off game. However I’ve seen enough of our lot to know we also have plenty who don’t act in the right way.
