Another message from Tony Lynam? On the other hand, I would've expected a little more maturity from the admin team, but then again, I suppose anyone would go cuckoo if they had to moderate this board.

P.S. I'm sorry NSS, your post looks vaguely interesting, but I was too boorish to read the 300-word sentence. -

Evidently, Leon Crouch is just not very good at dealing with the media. SLH was set up in the 90s by Rupert Lowe as a cheap way of making money for himself and his shareholders. It also provided a possible loophole in case of suffering administration, but I very much doubt that was taken in consideration when it was formed. I haven't heard Crouch's interview in its entireity, but from what I've read, it looks as though he was attempting to shoot himself in the foot, and upon finding the gun was unloaded, chose to bludgeon his appendage to a bloody pulp instead. -

Design a Saints rebrand - Fan competition

It wouldn't be surprising, given that the place got called The Dell. -
I bet all those boycotters will flood back to watch us bumble around at the bottom of League 1 now that theold boardroom has been flushed out. Or maybe they'll just wait until we stop making fools of ourselves on the pitch, which is the place that really matters.

I didn't know it was possible in the first place, whenever I've tried to listen to local radio commentary online I get a message saying that the feed is limited to that area.

What?!

Yes go on, call the cops

I couldn't give a **** about portsmouth, what I want to know is whether Southampton FC is going to survive.

Incredible! Brighton secure £93m from new owner!
stardustonmyfeet replied to Saint Fan CaM's topic in The Saints
At least our stadium didn't cost 93 million... -
They should give points penalties for lack of attendance. That would fill the grounds

What do you think of the official Saints Aid song?
stardustonmyfeet replied to trousers's topic in The Saints
Nice anthem! I was expecting it to be **** but I could imagine people singing this at SMS next season (we'll be there, I'm sure... ) -
Oh no, if nobody wants our holding company we must be doomed, because it's intrinsically linked to the football club!
-
lol i bet it's fulthorpe

It wouldn't surprise me if that's what he said, but I do think it quite lame that 'one of us' actually gets to meet and talk to the great man and the only thing that's reported back onto the message board is a little throwaway comment at the end. I couldn't give a damn what he thinks of klingons or plebs, what I want to know is whether Southampton Football Club has a future and you can bet that Rupert Lowe would know something about that. Or did he make the guy sign a non-disclosure agreement???
-
If Paul Allen really was interested in us, surely now would be the perfect time... or is he just a glory hunter who no longer cares now we're no longer in teh championship...?!
-
waist size? something's been lost in translation there, methinks...

Someone on here asked Tisdale about 9 months ago if he'd be interested in coming here and he laughed at them... I think he's happy where he is.
