Agree with pretty much all of this. Running a football club of our stature and means is no easy task, all things given, since our return to the Premiership I think we've got it pretty much right.

Not too sure about that to be honest, but you're right he is a top player. It occurred to me last night while watching him, I wonder when other clubs will come in for him - wonder what sort of price he would fetch. Not looking to offload or anything - just wondered.

Thought he played really well, made himself available, looked to pass forward and his dead ball delivery was a bit special last night.

Mate, I really feel for our new guy, whoever he is. If we are not 3 nil up within the first 15 minutes of our first game of the season, I can see his tenure being very, very short. Match threads last season, absolutely priceless - we have some right fickles on here - personally, just for the LOL's I can't wait.
