I actually thought it a bit weird that Saints fans actually jumped on that thread and started going ‘we’re bigger than you’ I mean is there any need? We’re hardly streets ahead, size wise

Like someone said above so accurately, I think some of our fans live in a world where we’re shopping in a level above our station still - or at least harbours hope that we might at least try to. I can only think of three managers off the top of my head that would almost guarantee a playoff place or higher - and all of them would be very, very unlikely to be persuaded to join us; Rodgers, Potter and if he left Forest, Cooper. I think it’ll have to be a bonkers offer for any of those three to even consider a polite chat. The rest, like Martin, will guarantee almost nothing and some of them would feel underwhelming in some respects. Mowbray, Corberan, Vieira, Gerrard, Rooney and all the others mooted fall into this category. The project of getting us back to the PL is attractive, don’t get me wrong - just not as attractive as what we might think it is.

Likewise but in one of his vids, he instructs his centre halves to keep the ball, sometimes just stand on it to encourage a press from the other team so as to open up space for a choreographed move. ’‘twas very technical.

Edozie might struggle, I don’t think he has much use for wingers.

Those bellends (Crook and Allen) are cut from the same cloth.

Probably the Koller one? I do remember him telling me Wanyama was joining Cardiff and I told him he was at Saints as we speak (someone from this forum who knew someone inside the club was giving updates) and he told me I was talking rubbish and blocked me. The fact he’s made a living out of what he does is both astounding and in some ways, to be respected.

Not in that video but the coaches voice one above is Stacked with that kind of terminology in a thick Brighton accent. Got me right flustered.

thankfully doesn’t seem mental like Mad Nate. Seems like a proper decent bloke. But we’re not hiring Rylans perfect dinner date, we’re hiring the next Saints manager…. Having said that, watched his tactics piece earlier, was very thorough and gave good insight into the planning, prep and execution of a game…

Uh oh. With us being sustainability top four, he aligns perfectly. https://amp.theguardian.com/football/2018/nov/23/russell-martin-footballer-joined-green-party-walsall

Can’t wait for Alex Crook to nick that piece of info, or paint a picture that things are ‘getting closer’ to Martin being appointed just on the back of that snippet.

The part where it says ‘NJ will buy a tall striker in the next window’ does it for me. Has to be him or someone close.

No Dugnutt?

Actually really like this…

Love the nod to spreadsheets 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

with you on that. Luton would kill us. Absolutely decimate us.

Daniel Farke now available. yes please, if only for the voice that doesn’t match the face.
-
Good to see an article also calling out the awful recruitment for the past few seasons. That room of nerds are a joke.

Everton. Still think there’s more shit to come for them and if they’re out the PL, it’ll hit them harder.
-
One more, for the hell of it
-
Does that mean we get Alan Knill free of charge if we appoint Wilder?
-
Not to say he’s bad but Kramers record doesn’t seem too convincing.

End of season awards night and lap of appreciation

We have one of the biggest contingents of noddiest, thickest fanbases around sadly. -
I think I just vomited my rib cage up
