Not at all. The atmosphere is entirely dictated by what happens on the pitch. Beat Man City, atmosphere = amazing. Lose to Wigan, atmosphere = crap. I just find all this self congratulatory stuff a bit pathetic when the atmosphere is driven by whether we are winning or not. Lambert will continue to play until we can find somebody who is as good on the ball, in the air and in front of goal but also more mobile. That's not going to be cheap because lambert is an astonishingly good footballer.
