Do you seriously believe that 30-40 loons on an internet forum will make it 'virtually impossible' for Lallana to play for us again? I think people need to take a step back from this forum from time to time and see it for what it is. Which in the grand scheme of things is about 200 people (of which less than half post regularly) out of many thousands of fans.

So you liked his article too, then? (You might want to check your spelling before commenting on how articulate I am - bellend)

Okay, 'wetting themselves' might be an exaggeration but....perhaps understandably people are impressed by the name Koeman when just even a small degree of scrutiny suggests a patchy managerial career at best. My first few choices...I honestly don't know. Seems like Yakin might be going elsewhere - I would be pleased with him (albeit on the basis of building one decent team at Basel). Of the ones being linked, I suppose Moyes should be a safe pair of hands and it'd be hard to be too disappointed with him - not exactly renowned for his attacking football though.
-
Possibly. Until a look at the twitter handle reveals it's written by a 19 year old kid with no more journalistic pedigree than half the people who post on here. For attracting 'names' Koeman might be a good choice. Somebody said he's only failed at Valencia - that's bull****, his stint at Benfica, in the context of the Portuguese League can also be considered a failure. He also bombed at AZ and was sacked. He's done well with PSV and Ajax - hardly suprising given their relative strength in Holland. The bottom line is that he's a big 'name' so some people are wetting their pants about him. His record as manager is distinctly average and he is not what we need.

oh god. Not more moronic football forum posts. hi, meet Batman, same as the old Delldays.

So, on that basis you thought it was worth mentioning on here? Jesus, this really is the silly season.

Would love that Peru kit. Classy (as much as football shirts can be)

"No Planes Hit The Twin Towers" claims ex-CIA agent
TheCholulaKid replied to SO16_Saint's topic in The Lounge
He's either trolling (quite successfully, I might add) or delusional/mentally ill. I think possibly the latter - which is kinda scary. -
If it is a genuine poster then he/she should be banned for being such a fanny anyway.

Why do people bother posting **** like this, seriously?
-
Absolute crock of ****. He may well go - but what you've posted above is clearly grade A bull****. You're an embarrassment.

Couldn't see this posted elsewhere, so: http://www.theguardian.com/football/2014/may/10/premier-league-fans-verdicts-arsenal-manchester-city http://www.theguardian.com/football/2014/may/10/premier-league-fans-verdicts-manchester-united-west-ham?INTCMP=ILCNETTXT3487 We were the best away fans at Fulham apparently.

This. Due to injuries and him being a **** he never really had a good run in the side. I'd certainly be happy to give him another go.

Pfft! You haven't even got a train station that gets you to Farnborough. All about Hook. Better pubs in Hartley though.

This might be the most homoerotic post ever on this forum. Well done!

There types a desperate man. Someone who's time is almost up.

It's not about being able to handle them - it's about **** moderation of this site. Paying customers shouldn't have to 'handle them' - that's what moderation/site owners are for. Ignoring them should be the way forward but as others have pointed out it's the sheer number of posts on most threads (because some people can't ignore them) that makes this site unreadable half the time. I'm sure SG could do without the hassle of running this place but if it's worth it financially then he simply has to get rid of them. Btw, interesting to look at the majority of the threads surrounding this one - conspicuous by the absence of posts from the accused. Seems like they're all drawn to this one. Zombies to a fresh carcass (good work Ohio Saint - outing them all in one fell swoop) - or maybe I've just been watching too much Walking Dead.
-
Top post, mate.
-
Too late unfortunately.

OK - technically it didn't send us down but in terms of soul destroying I'd say nothing will top the Fratton game. It showed that the team didn't have the stomach for the fight. If they couldn't get themselves up for a game at Fratton 5 or 6 games (feel free to correct me on that) out from the end of the season then things were looking very bleak. We may have had the opportunity to stay up afterwards but it was that game that convinced myself and many others that we were doomed that season.
-
Because it pretty much sent us down. And it was a ****ing horror show all round including being stuck in that **** heap of a ground while that sang that ****ing song. WTFILN indeed! That banner works for me - I hate the ******s and every little bit of needle like that is worth every penny spent on it.
