Yes he had a bad start to 19/20 where he was dropped after a couple of howlers but got recalled and was playing much better. He wasn’t a regular at the end of the season because he was injured. id say he’s better than anything we’ve got.

2 of them hardly play and the rest are being sent out on loan for a year at a time. If it were me i'd want to do my job and also have a bit of stability knowing where i'd be playing for at least a couple of years. Wouldn't you?

Completely agree. Whilst it’s not as easy as simply saying sell them all, we aren’t in a strong bargaining position with most of them so really should take what we can. Keeping them whilst loaning them out subsidizing wages and losing for nothing is no good to us at all.
