I bet Alan Shearer, Wayne Bridge, Mark Wright, Neil Ruddock and co all still regret the day they took a better pay day elsewhere and couldn't spend their sundays in Lyndhurst tea shops.

Why do we need to? We have been told in the past on here that when we are playing in the champions league with a team full of academy graduates they will all be here fulfilling their dream of playing for SFC with their mates. New signing will come here because Portswood first school is amoungst the best in Hampshire. Their wives and girlfriends will enjoy shopping at West Quay. They can go for strolls and cream teas in New Forest on sundays. It isn't all about money you know.

Lest we forget Um Pahars and Steve Grant were celebrity super fans not so long ago. Along with Nick I, MIke O'C and a couple of others regularly quoted as being the voice of the fans by the echo.

Im driving up for this one. First visit to the Ricoh Arena, cant say i am particularly looking forward to it as it seems on TV one of the worst atmospheres in the country with poor crowds. Should win and hopefully get 3k plus up there.

According to their forum yesterday they had sold 1300 and were expecting to bring a few hundred more. I reckon about 25k as well, which isn't great considering it's a top of the table clash and we've won 17 odd games in a row at home.

A player of that ability can play anywhere and still be the best player on the pitch. I'd like to see him at centre half or sweeping behind Hoolived and Fonte. As rightly pointed out at the time, he is so quick he could chase down his own clearances in a kind of through ball to himself type way. Nothing planned until March now sadly

the guy is hilarious, a proper character. I am sure most of you would prefer 11 Gary Nevilles in every team though.

He is class. He has the best goal scoring record of any of our players. With his lightening pace and incredible strength he is always going to be a threat at any level. He just needs time and a bit of confidence. The guy is an incredible talent and with a bit of belief he could be world class.

I wouldn't bank on it. If convicted the press will glamourise it and make it sound much worse than it was, odds on the words "the incident resembling a scene from Braveheart" being used - 1/4 on.

If he gets 4 months he'll be out by christmas. I'd like to see the club stand by him if found guilty. Everyone makes mistakes and by all accounts it was totally out of character.
