What are you blathering on about now? I said he did what he had to do well. Maybe we defended better because we set up better, not charging forward like school kids leaving wide open spaces all over the pitch.

Well he didn't did he. We defended well, i only really remember him having one shot to save, which i said he did well although definitely one he should be saving. He did well from crosses and corners and distribution was good. He didn't have a lot to do but he did what he had to do well, i'd say that's a fair summary.

im far from convinced. He did well saturday but didn't have a lot to do, that save was fairly routine, although he did the right thing with it though. He seems to have paper wrists, the amount of times he get a hand to a shot and it still goes in is a real concern. He's more likely to cost us points than win us them at the moment but he is YHGTI so hopefully a season or more likely two in the championship will do him good.

The Nathan Jones Derby I expect us to win which means we wont.

He’s not been great but he’s hardly played for a year so will take a bit of time to get back on track. Think he’ll be a good squad player this season but behind Sulemana and Edozie at the moment for me

I expect when Stewart is fit he’ll play down the middle with Sully and Armstrong wide. A lot of goals in those 3 at this level.

Agreed thought he was good today. Didn’t have a lot to do but what he did he did well, like you say his distribution and sweeping behind then back 4 was impressive

In Ches defence he came on when Leeds were well on top and didn’t really get much of the ball at all. Anyway pretty sure he’ll be gone in January and Stewart will come in as our main man

First 45 minute was pretty much perfect. Outclassed Leeds, never gave them a sniff and clinical with our chances. We looked a really good side for the first time since Koeman days. Second half a bit tougher and despite the “scar tissue” of throwing away leads in hindsight we kept them at arms length, aside from the obvious sinking feeling of here we go again after their first goal felt we were the better team. Good to see the players stop dicking about with it and get it out of harms way, defended well for once, good tactics and subs from Martin. A good day all round. Now we need to get a win at Stoke and hopefully Saturday at home to Rotherham should Be a formality and we’re back on track oh yeah and the ref was awful

Hopefully Rahm can get off to a decent start to take the pressure off the others, tough game v Scheffler but he’s been class so far. one of my good mates is over there he works for a golf clothing company having the time of his life, a few days in Rome followed by the Ryder cup.
