  1. Are we still the most attractive proposition for a player outside of the top 4 premier league clubs like we were in our league one days pal?
  2. Is he not the funniest man alive? Not just me at genuinely laughed out loud at some of those?
  3. I'd the wedding doesnt go well either bride or groom could always do a quick "6 years of a great journey ruined in one day" social media update.
  4. If the table clothes were all plain red and not red and white stripe would you throw a paddy, set up a save our red and white stripe wedding table clothes but go to the wedding and stuff your face anyway?
  5. He also a very good poster on here. How about naming the tables after your favourite forum posters. Obviously the head table would be the Turkish table, then a mixture of current crop and good posters who don't bother anymore and you can see why 2 CB Fry 3 Franks Cousin 4 Wes ender 5 Hesingberg 6 Dull days 7. 6. If we sell Van Dijk to Chelsea then getting Christensen in would be a great bit of business. This guy is only just 21 and has been getting rave reviews in Germany. He was recently in the telegraphs top 20 Hot prospects in Europe, Very highly rated. Needs to bulk up a bit has all the attributes to be a top class player. As well as the usual criteria for a saints signing of being young, hungry and therefore guaranteed to improve.
  7. What happened to the hipsters choice summer 2016, Paco Jemez? Surely he'd be high on people's lists.

    Puel out

It has been a strange season. At the start of it many people were happy with top half and a good cup run. There is a reasonable chance we'll get that. We've had a cup final, beaten Liverpool home and away in a semi, played at the San Siro and beaten inter Milan at home. Liverpool and inter were some of my best memories in 30 odd years as a fan, yet it all seems flat. It's pretty clear some players are p*ssed off and Puel hasn't been helped by the centre half debacle and the lack of a striker who can stick the ball in the net but we've got a good squad and his tactics have been baffeling at times. He doesn't seem to know his best team or formation and seems to have a habit of dropping players after they've had a good game or when they hit a bit of form. I do wonder if what we've achieved this season is inspite of Puel not because of him.

    Puel out

Its fair to say that the vast majority of fans are split between wanting him out and remaining unconvinced. I don't think thre would be too many disappointed if we started next season without him.
  10. Yes he is. Was a ticking time bomb and had to be got rid off. You believe his pr machine if you want to.
  11. but they are f*cked up BECAUSE they follow Islam, that's the point.
  12. Man uniteds this is the one Sheffield uniteds Greasy chip Butty song is good
  13. Hi verbal how are you? How's the theapy? Good to see you on here. I thought your wife had banned you from posting after she caught you having a, shall we call it, inappropriate discussion about her. I guess this forum must be more important to you.
  14. Hope you all have a good one celebrating how great it is to be English. What are your plans?
  15. I'm going there in June for two weeks. I shall report back. Everyone I've spoken to said it's amazing.
  16. I beg your pardon. It wasn't a joke Nick. I have genuine sympathy for the left wingers on here. It must be difficult and confusing being told what to believe. I mean, you're meant to believe in equal rights for women and feeedom for gays, yet at the same time embrace Islam which condemns these things. You're meant to believe in freedom of speech for all until it's something you don't agree with where you can get yourself worked up into s frothy mess. You're meant to be opposed to racism, everyone is equal etc yet every time a non white person does something its cause for great celebration, the black history month, black player awards etc, they might as well walk around with a banner saying "well done! Look what they've achieved even though they're black!" Yet of course if anything negative happens then colour is mosr definitely not and issue and should never be mentioned Politics- we want to live in a democaratic society until a vote doesn't go their way, then everyone who didn't vote how they wanted it to go is thick, racist and intolerant. Wahhh it's all your fault! Then there is religion, which is all bo llocks unless it's Islam In which case its amazing! (Well ignore he bits about homophobia, racism and sexism as that would make us look, well, racist) let's not forget Brittan isn't even a Christian country apart from when we're celebrating Christmas, Easter getting married or buried in s church etc When you stack it all up it's no wonder the lovely, tolerant, welcoming lefties are so quick to be outraged any chance they get. Trying to make what you believe fit what you're conditioned to believe is a full time effort
  17. Don't start on Catholics. My cousin is married to one and she's a really nice woman, just because Martin Mcguiness was a terrorist it doesn't mean they all murder people. As for the positive effects of Islam anything that keeps women in the kitchen is surely a good thing? Half the problems in this country are caused by women having ideas above their station. Then of course there are the gays, anything that keeps Them off the telly has my full support. it's great that there is more awareness of this illness now But enough is enough, we don't need it made to be cool or fashionable, just let them deal with it their own way until they find a cure. I embrace Islam for these two positive reasons alone.
  18. What happened to "they said man would never walk on the moon" Les?
  19. Correct, I think it was for a a higher fee than you mention more like £11m for the pair but that's right. Lowe also pulled the plug on a deal from Adebeyor before he went to Arsenal as he didn't like his attitude. I was also told we could have had Drogba for £3m before he went to Marseille but Lowe said he was too similar to Beattie I had a lot of contacts at the club at this time so all true.
  20. The Tories don't even need to bother with a campaign this Time, Corbyn will do the work for them.
  21. I wonder how seriously someone with the user name cillablacksp*ssflaps would be taken on here?

That Sunderland game us the 2016 version of that villa game.
  23. Grown men in fancy dress thinking they're hilarious, banter boys putting mars bars on their heads thinking they're hilarious. People hero worshipping a midget in a suit who told them whey wanted to hear, div fans who compared footballers to looking like crisps, people sitting in football stadiums on their phones or iPads. People filming key moments of a game rather than enjoying the moment. Saints "fans" filming other clubs celebrating goals against us. Half and half scarves. Men overt he age of 16 getting emotionally attached to players.

He clearly has talent, remember that Sunderland game!
  25. The Milan derby was an absolute cracker, Inter 2-0 up at half time, just finished 2-2 with Milan scoring an equaliser in the 7th minute of injury time. No knocking on out over what a manager had said or his mind games before the match, no banging on about zlatan, wazza, etc, no banter on the terraces just toe decent teams going at it with the fans bang at it.
