But why would CSI pay the instalments not NewCo (PFC2010 Ltd)? Surely the operating company would pay the costs, unless CSI are recharging PFC2010 Ltd at a premium. Just why would Chanrai have a debenture from CSI? He has one on PFC 2011 or whatever the company is called for the asset of the ground. If CSI and newco. are not linked as per SLH and SFC why would he have the CSI debenture?
