We've got watford and norwich (plus the europa games) before the international break. Same thing happened last season with Toby, he didn't play til after the break.

To summarise....why the hell doesn't the transfer window close before the season starts?! Then everybody knows where they stand.

I'd agree with everything you wrote but on the above I have to say Tadic has offered nothing as you say, and Long, well he just frustrates the hell out of me. He looks for a foul every time he gets the ball, he doesn't take players on even with his pace and he can't pass, or takes too long to do so (does he not trust his own ability?). I just...arrrrrgggghhh. Ok, he scored that wonder goal vs Villa last season. So what? My opinion isn't even based on today's game, it's every game. I just don't get it. Sorry.

Me too. I have around 6.50Mbps download speed. Sometimes I can get a good HD stream but it may stutter now and again. Is this down to my speed or the feed? I've read that 8Mbps is required for HD streaming. Is this correct? I can generally stream a 720p movie with no problems (maybe the occasional slight stutter) but of course, that's a not a 'live' feed. I'll upgrade to Fibre for the speed increase but if it's all about the feed then that'll be a waste of money. Anyone know the info on this?

I read a post here that said we were after a CB (vvd) and a midfielder with premier league experience. Now, who could that be? Seriously, any names?

Long is a kick it and run kind of player. His touch in that 3rd goal was awful.

Agreed. I questioned his place in the squad/team in the Espanyol thread. Thinking of renaming him James (back)Ward Prowse! Edit: I'm certainly not writing him off though. He is only 20 (I thought he was 21 already) so time is on his side. Squad player at the moment.

Starting to wonder where JWP is gonna fit in this season. I rated him highly the season before last and expected big things from him but I honestly don't see him holding down a first team place at the moment. Not really sure of his best position either, although it would appear to be the 1 ahead of the 2 DMs. He's often praised for his set piece delivery but from what I've seen they are usually overhit. I can see him stepping in for Clasie if he's injured but he won't be first choice. So, he's a bit of a dilemma really, a strong squad player yes, but expected a little more from him. He'll play today and its his chance to impress. He's got to stand out. Come on Prowsey!
