  1. Bertrand completely let him run off and the only one to try and stop him was adams
  2. Just noticed it seems to be that stephens is passing 20-30m a lot to either the left wing or inside forwards to move the ball quickly. Best chance came from that move to betrand who crossed to ings who finished like me
  3. bro - go to the branded sports if it doesnt load directly https://soccerstreams.stream/southampton-vs-brentford/

  6. check out the streams closer to kickoff but this site is usually good and iFollow seems to be the league and cup partner. https://soccer.streamsgate.tv/event/southampton-vs-brentford-match-preview/
  7. I thought they were linked with Brewster for 25mil from Liverpool (at least he has played in the championship) as the scousers seem to be upset about it but Arsenal are having a laugh 10mil for a under 23 who has never played first team football with 1 yr left.
  8. The problem with being an eternal optimist is i see all these players our competitors are buying of who i know nothing about and think they must be mustard and we are falling behind. Transfer window has never been the same since #ziyechwatch ended. Not a sniff of a midfielder in the dutch or german press or forums, when will it be our turn to have a foreign name with a large number against it in the paper again.
  9. I'd give JWP a break to manage his minutes given his endurance records from last season or at least limit him to 60mins
  10. If anything yesterday showed we need a progressive midfielder A nice left sided midfielder at RB Salzburg called Dominik Szoboszlai - 19yrs - scored 7 goals for them seems to have pace as well. Probably out of our budget though
  11. Speed of moving the ball was the issue today, the slowness we associated with puel and pelligrino was there and the I dont know what to do horizontal, backwards passing was the preferred option. Romeu too slow & sloppy, Redmond too safe. Thought both Che and Danny played well, the slowness of us moving the ball resulted in the palace easily getting those blocks back in place. What i would do for a Naby Keita clone in our midfield and a direct runner off our left flank
  12. scroll down there are loads on this page, always decent https://soccer.streamsgate.tv/event/crystal-palace-vs-southampton-match-preview/
  13. Red Bull Leipzeg invested 100m into the club over the years and then waived the money, thats the sort owner i'd like and it seems what wolves are also doing with suning. https://www.web24.news/u/2020/06/red-bull-releases-rb-leipzig-from-debts-of-100-million-euros.html
  14. Saw crook say that there was another party but wouldnt mention who..... Personally saw that as him having no idea.
  15. Also this is his vision via the website for Kaptial football group - interestingly some of the links in the page go to template pages - not LSD bad but lazy Vice chairman is a dude who runs soccer schools and Landon Donavan is a advisor https://kapitalfootballgroup.com/
  16. Am struggling to see how he is a chancer based on that article, if anything Mr (I changed the fit and proper test) Gao is the biggest chancer this side of mike ashley
  17. Yeah I dont think gao has much wiggle room and no leverage. He was looking for 250mil in apr https://www.sportbusiness.com/news/southampton-put-up-for-sale-by-gao-jisheng/#:~:text=Premier League football club Southampton,Gao Jisheng%2C the Chinese businessman. bet its more like 175m now Reminder of the article in may linking us with american investors - https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11700/11981915/coronavirus-disrupts-southampton-sale-talks-over-gao-jisheng-majority-share
  18. From April 2020 - Forbes https://www.forbes.com/sites/robertkidd/2020/04/30/us-investor-plans-premier-league-club-takeover-to-recreate-city-football-group/#24d139407b1a DaGrosa, said GACP Sports was talking to “large institutional investors” and wants to move “fairly quickly”. He sees a window of opportunity of 24 months to recreate the City Football Group model “at a fraction of the cost”. “Ultimately, we want to build a platform that will lend itself to going public at some point,” he said. “But the idea is to have all the capital in place, allocate approximately two thirds of our capital for acquisitions, and leave a third or more of our capital as dry powder. “The whole key here is to have dry powder after those initial acquisitions are done to build world class teams at a time when not a lot of other people are investing. Thematically, it's all about playing offense when the rest of the world is playing defense.”
  19. He got bought out by his partners - they had 80% stake. Based on articles he seems to invest with a partner (reason he skipped newcastle was his partner pulled out) and he is the man with the plan to implement and run. Can't find anything about estimated net worth but i would take billionaire with a pinch of salt but defo more than Gao.
  20. Loving the MLG notes i'm seeing
  21. Yeah i had and still have a Gbox from before the firestick but I've had 0 issues with buffering since I have moved over so am very happy with current set up.
