  1. To be fair tracking back and defending is something boufal probably does far more than redmond and tadic, in all the games he plays he is always coming back and getting stuck in.
  2. If we are talking centre midfielders I know it is a oldie but Feyanoord should win the Eredevise today and Tonny Vilhena has been excellent this season and at 22yrs old he could be ready but I don't know if his mums cancer is in remission which is what has kept him in rotterdam the last few years, he's on a new contract but we all know how that works.
  3. 1 assist and 0 goals this season no thanks
  4. here's my hipster entry, what about pal dardal from hertha ? he's their club legend though so probably no chance. Done a very good job and is something like 41
  5. Decent article from Mr Crook on why Forster and Stephens should take a spell out of the team for this game. http://www.espnfc.com/club/southampton/376/blog/post/3113650/southampton-must-take-fraser-forster-and-jack-stephens-out-of-the-firing-line
  6. We miss half a eriksen from our midfielders Christian Eriksen: Has scored or assisted 16 goals in his last 12 appearances for Tottenham in all competitions (12 goals, four assists) Sent from my ONEPLUS A3003 using Tapatalk
  7. Brum mail say west brom http://www.birminghammail.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/west-brom-tipped-land-wolves-12935920
  8. Makes me want to buy Wylan Cyprien even more to cover/replace Davo
  9. Marca describing Gazza as a wall after yesterday's heroics he single-handedly got the win for Rayo after doing 5-6 worldy saves apparently, their forum loves him, seems like a Kelvin Davis v Leeds effort yesterday. http://www.marca.com/futbol/segunda-division/2017/04/17/58f49885268e3e8d4e8b45f1.html
  10. Unlike Tadic at least Boufal tracks back and tries to win the ball back a lot.
  11. He has too. Him coming to us was a proof of concept that he is good enough in this league, he has exceeded that and is now the finished article. There are not many world class CBs available so think the price will be closer to 60m if he goes and I expect him to go to a mega club (replace Pepe if Varane goes to Man U).
  12. Calling Dubai Phil to this thread for golf talk
  13. Didnt watch Bournemouth game, hope we are not as bad as that game.
  14. Take Davis's name out of the discussion and imagine the sort of return (goals/assists) you would expect from a player who has played a large majority of his career in the AM/CM position. Based on that Davis is not giving us the return I would expect in that position but based on value (cost/wage) he is currently above his value in my opinion. A hard working, assist making, goal scoring CM/AM is an expensive position to fill, it will be interesting to see what the club do.
  15. Interesting info assuming they mean our soares ?
  16. Boufal can go past his man and has more pace, Tadic can stand his man up and passes forward better
  17. Need Boufal on for JWP
  18. hahahahahahahahaha I am a ****
  19. I am aware it is too early in this game but Tadic has been average for most of Jan/Feb, I presume the thinking is he feeds Gabbi better than the others
  20. JWP losing the ball more than hairline at the moment
  21. yeah go 9th or 8th think we will crack on now we have the killer up front
  22. Van Basten when he was at Ajax
  23. Not read the thread but i assume his injury is chocolate wrists or a mishappen kicking foot
