Does Sean Connery like herbs? Yes. But only partially.

It was the heat of the moment.

http://www.gamefront.com/files/21064644/MiNiMaL_FuSS+Coterminosity+V0.4.B+%28Wolves%2C+Oct+2011%29.tac Here's what I use. Just did a season with Bath City, promoted with a record of P46 W40 D4 L2. Here's what you can do using the existing Norwich squad -
Think so, don't you have to have a 'director' account?

Middlesbrough away, 2005. We couldn't buy a win all season, then under Redknapp picked up a few points here and there, but BOOM. 3 - 1. Have a guess who scored the opener that day. You will never get it. Andreas Jakobsson.

I was AFC Wimbledon's researcher and did all their work ahead of their solitary season in the Conference South. From what I gather, in the game they often won the division and did okay in the Conference. Just like in real life! I guess I was a good researcher... -
Very interesting. Hope this thread can stay alive for the duration of the season, looking to gain some knowledge.

And no sooner had I said that... http://mlb.mlb.com/news/article.jsp?ymd=20120227&content_id=26882232&vkey=news_mlb&c_id=mlb&partnerId=aw-5559607544793999352-996 "BOSTON -- Catcher Jason Varitek, the captain of the Red Sox and a pillar of two World Series winning teams, will announce his retirement on Tuesday, according to The Boston Globe. Varitek, who turns 40 in April, was offered a non-roster invitation to Spring Training by the Sox, but he did not accept the offer and was widely believed to be headed for retirement after 14 big league seasons from 1998-2011. Varitek never played for another Major League team."

Avram 'Watersports' Grant. Wow. Now that'd be interesting. -
Interesting about Detroit. Are they really being spoken about as champions material over there? Part of the reason why I like baseball is how open it is. In football over here it's the usual suspects every year, but even a team like the Yankees can go without winning for ages and can have poor teams. Not sure what to expect from the Red Sox this year, I hear Varitek may not return which would be a shame. He's not *that* old.

Why do I get the feeling this is a wind up and they've just sent Murty along to the training ground and recorded a feature? -
Well Leicester aren't bothered, here's a few fans' quotes from their 22 page thread on FoxesTalk... "Good news in my opinion" "Good. He's probely one of the worst passers of the ball I have ever seen" "If the Warncock is looking for 'leaders on the pitch', he might well look elsewhere. Mills hasn't evidenced much leadership skills so far. Maybe he did so at Reading, but I've not seen it" "Not good enough, I was excited when he arrived but he has been poor, consistently making errors and just giving the ball away.... Seems the Reading fans were right all along. Can't see him being much different at Leeds to be honest, probably reck any chance they have of reaching the playoffs nice one NP" It's not all negativity, there are a fair few unhappy with Pearson. Have a look: http://www.foxestalk.co.uk/forums/index.php?/topic/80042-mills-on-loan-to-leeds/

Is contemplating a loan move to Leeds. Mills being the ex-Saint who moved to Leicester for £5.5 million in the summer, which prompted one or two people on here to ask whether we were ambitious enough. http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11095/7551900/Leeds-move-for-Mills He apparently doesn't fit into Nigel Pearson's long term plans after a bust-up. Incredible really. £5.5 million to be farmed out to a rival team a few months later.

There was a topless pub in Plymouth featured on 'Britain's Hardest Pubs' a few years ago, and the women were fairly disgusting. Might well be the one you're thinking of!

So I finally got the ten seasons thing done. Newcastle are in League One under the management of Kevin Davies. In 2017, Saints were in the Prem but relegated with 33 points under... Darius Vassell, who chose to release Rickie at the age of 32. Colombia are world champions having beaten Brazil on penalties in 2014 World Cup. There have been four or five different English champions, United, Liverpool, Spurs, Arsenal and Chelsea. To cut a long story short, realism, hello? WHERE DID YOU GO? -

Jim Leyland is a great manager. Can see him picking up another World Series title before he calls it a day.

Been bored with the game since about Christmas, I prefer the game when you're a good few years in and looking for regens. The best part of the game for me is pre-season when you're building a side. With that in mind, I'm going to go on holiday for ten years and come back and see what's what. I'll post my findings of the game in 2021 when I've loaded it all... -
I once said ****ed on television and was severely reprimanded. It's a swear word these days.

As I said on the match reaction thread, it's exactly the kind of thing that will bite us on the arse the second something goes wrong. So don't do it.

Solent have cut the clip down to the three or four minutes that matter. http://audioboo.fm/boos/684595#t=0m21s The more I listen the more it seems that he has indeed been on the sauce.
