We have a team of very talented players. The problem is that they have no self-confidence. The single biggest failing of JP is his inability to inspire confidence in the team.

No one could accuse us of not being positive. I was pretty excited pre-season. The new young team looked good. The manager was a breath of fresh air. But now......... The team look impotent. The manager is a breath of stale air.
