It's about time some people realised that these wind up chants, be they directed at players or managers, only serve to motivate them even more. This real hatred for anything Pompey is now well OTT. Concentrate on motivating our boys - anti-Pompey chants don't. ( Reminder to self: expect moronic abuse but it will be WOADB.)

A link to socsportslive has been posted on here for previous games which has worked well, but when I've tried to find out what other games are on socsportslive.com, on different days, I get a blank screen. What is the home page address where you can see a list and choose which game to watch?

Be interesting to see how he fares against a Prem side. Don't think anyone on here, me included, thinks he's good enough to play for us now but he was always quick, a constant pain in defences' sides and his scoring record for us and Southend is above average, verging on pretty good according to this...http://www.soccerbase.com/players/player.sd?player_id=33759

He's not really had a chance to show what he can do, so to slate him is a little unfair. I do agree though that if we stay up, better players will probably be signed up in the summer.

I think it's time for a definitive guide to spelling and grammar on this forum to be produced. No more misspelling of players' or managers' names - no more using 'of' instead of 'have' :shakey:and no more using 3 exclamation marks when one is quite sufficient thank you.:shakey: And if anyone on here says 'haitch' instead of 'aitch' that is wrong too.
