  24. With any fundraising activity there is a balance between spending huge amounts of time on an event for little reward. However, selling tickets online for the match of our lives "SAVE our SAINTS" has lots of benefits - low cost to set up - uses existing online shop and processes - does not involve the actual cost of staging a match. - could link with the e news they send out -club has 200,000 on database to market to - for fans who live away / overseas they can contribute - a range of prices (link a normal match) can be charged so suitable for all fans - also allows the club to review the database between "warm" contacts and "cold" contacts, and archieve old contacts - basis of marking next years ST and members to wam contacts
