  1. Southampton wallpaper - guaranteed to slide down the wall.
  2. My guess is that Saints would be asked questions about legal structure of the group, latest financial position, etc. Whilst they may have it in the form of a briefing note I am sure they would want to hear it verbally as well. Or perhaps they just get a coin out heads - deduct 10 points tails - lets go for 20 points just to **** them off!
  3. good question! My guess 3.30pm Meeting starts at 2pm? FL representative makes the case for deduction. Saints make the case for no deduction. Decision by 3.30pm In car by 4pm to go to Watford. Question - who will be there to represent Saints?
  4. most people seemed to miss, this as they debated who can **** higher in what capacity is Lowe involved?
  5. I would like a ticket for a virtual match which said Match - Save our Saints Date - end of admin period Would frame it! Come on ticket office show some imagination!
  6. Off pitch Will there be any good news coming from SMS / the administrator? On pitch 1 point
  7. I cannot see us winning another game this season
  8. Ince would be my choice, from tomorrow!
  9. we maybe announcing a new owner by then? BTW I am not ITK. Seriously, I cannot see us staying up - I think the FL will impose a 10 point penalty. So attending will not just be about the match but being with friends and family supporting the club through very difficult times.
  10. oops, just remembered I used this side when I ran out of toilet paper
  11. Have you got yours yet? Yesterday was disappointing but we still need to fill the ground for the Palace match. COYR (before anyone asks, yesterday I have got mine!)
  12. Really? Supporting Saints for the last 25 years my expectation for most seasons has been very modest - getting enough points to stay up plus the occassional good cup run.
  13. I find it sad that it seems after almost every match there are incidents. Its not just a problem with Saints football matches. Watching the news of the G20 the idea of peaceful protest seems to be lost on some.
  14. If they cannot sell ticket for virtual attendance - perhaps they could create a virtual match on the online ticket sales called "Save our Saints". Same pricing structure as any other match but with some higher prices ticket options. We can then buy tickets for the Save our Saints "match". I suggest they still send out tickets for this virtual match. The match day ticket can be dated the end of the administration period.
  15. I wonder if he still reads this site?
  16. You may want to look at forming a community interest company http://www.cicregulator.gov.uk/index.shtml "Community Interest Companies (CICS) are limited companies, with special additional features, created for the use of people who want to conduct a business or other activity for community benefit, and not purely for private advantage. This is achieved by a "community interest test" and "asset lock", which ensure that the CIC is established for community purposes and the assets and profits are dedicated to these purposes. Registration of a company as a CIC has to be approved by the Regulator who also has a continuing monitoring and enforcement role"
  17. I think it is a great idea. But we still need to get 30,000 into the ground. The whole of Southampton and surrounding area needs to be motivated to help. We need an inspired leader who brings all the goodwill, ideas and people together.
  18. The front page of the OS should contain the latest sale numbers for each of the last three matches. They should be running regular e mail campaigns to promote sales.
  19. There is a very important match on Saturday. I hope everybody on here is going and encouraging their friends and families to go as well. Last match of last season SMS was full. Need to do it again for the next 3 home matches. If you cannot go - buy a ticket for a mate. It would be good to see a sticky encouraging people to go and reminding us of the cheap prices. Time to stand up and be counted.
  20. based on the little part you know, is there anything positive to look forward to?
  21. every who can go, should go. time to be united dunkirk spirit and all that. would be great if MLT could be there, although with our other heroes.
  22. if true, the the directors need "shooting" - its less than a week since the admin deadline. They should have made the decsion last week. I hope someone comes out and says what has changed since last Thursday. Everybody knew the deadline so what event has occurred? I am certain the banks would have not left a negative decision until this week, if it needed to be made last week. Should give us something to shout about at the Charlton match.
  23. why?
  24. really? because everybody "scores" against us
