I've only just about come back to earth! Fuucckkk me we are a good team.
It's the 1st time I've ever seen Saints win at Arsenal, I was at sea the last time. My nipper manages I on his 2nd visit!
Much, much faster especially uphill.
I've a very good hybrid but it's now relegated to trail rides with the kids and popping around town. Any proper riding is done on a road bike.
Be warned though, it's utterly addictive.
I can't remember who said it but someone did say that MP would be dealing with egos for the 1st time and that many of those egos wouldn't take kindly to his methods.
Mrs went out early in stunning sunshine and no wind. I went out later under overcast skies and a headwind whichever direction I seemed to go.
Lumpy 125km (1120m climbing) solo, the first long solo for ages; forgotten how hard solo riding is.
MS said he had a verbal agreement with NC. Nothing to do with the current board.
The board said he wasn't going, nor was JR as RK wanted him. That's all there was to it. If you want to believe that a few folk mithering on a messageboard had any impact then fill your boots.
St George and the Professor have already laid claim to single handedly saving the club.
A lumpy 120km tomorrow once the wife gets back from her ride. The bike goes back to the dealer next week as the rachet in the right hand up shifter is failing and needs to go back to Campag so no riding for at least two weeks which is a real ****er.
After today's disaster of my wiper linkage breaking on the M5 in the rain on the way to Swansea which meant the lad and me missing the game I'll be taking the wife's car to Arsenal!
Can't wait.
I watched Philomena last night with the Mrs. Not something I'd usually watch but it was simply one if the best written, directed and acted films I have ever seen. Ever.
You whined all summer and despite looking an utter fuucckwit with your prediction of firesales and the like you're still whining about they way the club is run.
