It did for me, I was on acid the night before.

It's yet another example of the government trying to interfere with peoples lives. It's got nothing to do with them and we shouldn't have to see such things. CCTV, the ID card scheme, DNA database, what are they going to do next? 1984 doesn't seem like such a bizarre concept now does it?

Is it just me that doesn't find the 19k thing that annoying?

What has happened to you?

Where do you expect Saints to finish this season?
Junction 9 replied to Pancake's topic in The Saints
8 people think we'll be bottom. Amazing. -
Does anyone remember a little club around the back of Canal walk? I think it was called Eruption or something similar. Had some right old nights in there. The toilets were like the ones in Trainspotting!!!

Fair Trade, Organic, Eco-Friendly or Price
Junction 9 replied to Nineteen Canteen's topic in The Lounge
I endeavour to buy fair trade whenever possible but there is still very little choice in this country. It's also impossible to say to what it extent it actually helps those people involved, you just have to trust that is does I suppose. There will always be a large section of society who really don't give a toss, as this thread proves. -
I'm not fussed who plays really, just glad to be there again. Won't be one the year after so make the most of it folks.

Thank you. It turns out this was a joke, very good.

I have some friends in Portsmouth who I have not been able to contact all afternoon. I know it's too early to worry but some more info about this on the news or internet would be helpful.

I have never allowed myself to get too close to anyone famous, in case one day I want to get married.

I agree. This kind of activity is up there with trolling. Sad times indeed.

Cheese is a wonderful and diverse foodstuff, anyone can see that.

Got mine.

Are you sure? I'm pretty sure I know more about Belgium than you.
-
The term soldiers originally dates back to 1708 and comes from the soldiers of the Belgium army. At the time they were desecrating northern Africa and when hungry used to slice the top off the townsfolks heads and dip rustic breads into the brain.

I take it from this that Pardew is thinking of playing 5 in midfield with Papa wide right? He played in that position most of the time against Bristol anyway. The only positives I can see from this is that it might stop us leaking late goals, I'm just worried it's too much for Lambert to do on his own.

At what stage of the season could you know in advance of certain relegation? It's impossible to say. I'm saying back him for the season and let Pardew and the team do their best. We could be mid table in March, or we could be certain to be relegated, or we could stay up on the last day. We could also change the manager at Xmas and get worse. It's all if's and but's and right now I sat we go with stability. Who would you replace him with out of interest?
-
I am happy to give him the entire season. Let him strengthen in January and see what happens. I can't think of any managers who would be willing to come here. We have no guarantees they would do a better job anyway. We need stability and we need patience. Survival is all I was expecting this season and I can see good things coming from this side, eventually.

I agree, seems the logical conclusion I think I had Newshues autograph myself on an old programme. It's in my Dad's loft I think.

I don't believe St Will drives at these speeds at all, it's just bravado. It's very difficult to take anything he says seriously after all the Tiger Woods nonsense.

I would buy a ticket in the Widdrington stand without hesitation.

My guess is Disneyland and a machete.
