Cheers for that. -
I was told it was a hell of a lot more than that

I still don't believe that Barclays would just pull the plug. The fallout would be horrendous and would probably damage them hugely. I'm being told differently but I just can't see it. -

Hmm I should have read that properly. I'm not stating anything as fact but I think some of it is true and it's still very worrying. -

From 606 (rocketswanie who I believe has posted here before) 1. Fry is making money everyday that we are in admin so the "buyers" would need to pay a fee for his work too, fact not guess work 2. Option of concerts to make money have been wiped after residents within the area petitioned against it for noise. 3. The 2 bids recieved, thats right just 2 bids placed, have fallen way short of the valuation. 4. The highest offer recieved is £3.8m 5. The club actually fear that they will go under in days and not weeks! 6. Le Tiss has made an offer but it has lots of "if's" included which have put the offer out of the window 7. Fry was quoted as saying they can only hope that someone who has more money than most, comes in with an offer as it is likely that those who are making offers will not be able to put any money into the team or current squad meaning likely relegation to league 2 straight out as they wont have the resources to make the club stable for league 1. 8. Fry has a footballing friend who has shown an interest but is put off by the work All the above are true facts. Im not going to share how I know but trust me when I say my/your/our beloved club could be more likely to fold than to take part in any League next year, unless as we feared someone comes in with the offer we need to get this club off the floor in the next 24hours. I believe this to be correct. -
What would you consider handsomely rewarded?

FF doesn't post every day and Weston said he wasn't going to post on this thread again. -
Cheers but a messageboard is for discussion. I suggest you read what some people put on here? I'm not being negative.
-
See my post above.
-
But he can encourage bids. After all FF was alluding to favouritism.
-
I understand that people were raving how great he was (myself included).

If these consortia don't have a lot of money then maybe Fry isn't as great as first thought. If the club fold then he has to take some of the blame. I have heard he is on a high wedge as well and wants he new buyers to stump up his wage (allegedly). I hope these guys are OK and are accepted by the creditors but if not we could be in deep trouble.

Doesn't look like we'll be getting owners with a lot of finance tbh.

True but at least he's not ome random anonymous poster. When he gives a rumour I know he believes it to be genuine and from a proper source. It's concerning. -
19? Try about 10,000 over the last 3 years.

Master Bates has a proper source TBF. He has been right on things in the past. -
Nope am with T-mobile. I consider them the best for internet which is what I use my mobile for most. Wish they had better signal though. I use my mobile a lot and pay 22 pounds on an 18 month flext contract. I get 180 pounds worth of calls and texts (which I never go over) and unlimited internet. I just don't like the look of the N97. It's seriously underpowered for the price (I mean look at the Omnia HD.) and I like the candy bar format or slide like the N95. I think I'm going to wait until theres an 8MP camera with decent battery, maybe faster internet (4G?) and a better processor.
-
Guys I hope people don't get their hopes up. Seriously just wait and see.
-
Not great yet. Just because bids have been made doesn't mean they will be accepted. Watch out in case they are rejected. Nervy times indeed.
-
Ffs. I hate when people make stuff up.

I got my friend one. It's fine for her but I don't like touch screen much. The internet is harder to use IMO and opera keeps exiting. It isn't really big enough to use your fingers so you have to use the dam stylus all the time. I like being able to do to things with a single hand rather than having to use both (no jokes please.) I am frustrated by Nokia's strategy at the moment. The N95 8GB is fantastic. I need to renew my contract soon but there is absolutely no need for me to change phone. Nokia only have to give me a decent upgrade and I would buy it. The N97 is too big, hideously expensive and has no huge upgrades from my existing phone to justify the expense. I think I'm going to stick with the N95 8GB until something comes along to make me want to part with my cash (probably another year *sigh*)
