Lol. I know what you are thinking and you are really wrong.

I imagine he doesn't want to use huge chunks of his fortune that he presumably worked hard to acquire on saints if there is a possibility that they will survive without him. I can see his point and I don't think I would want to spend millions if I was in his position as well.
