For me we should be playing our strongest team and formation with only minor changes for fitness and to conserve players. If we were that worried about that side of things then we would have bought more players in the summer.

We know this because if the rest of the world had freedom of movement like the EU then it's very likely that far far more would end up here. Odd thing to argue about though.
