Oh FFS it is about the fundamental right to appeal the 10 points and the possibility that the FL are posturing about a CVA. You state the blindingly obvious about the -10 points but miss the subtle details. It never ceases to amaze me about people on this site that all they want to do is sling sh1t at people, that now includes people concerned with the Pinnacle bid. If it had not been for the FL and there posturing because they are frightened about what might happen if the -10 points were challenged then we would be sitting pretty with a new owner. Yes we all knew about the -10 points but what if someone has found a potential flaw in the FL decision? Would another consortium find the same or would they just go blindly into buying the club whatever? Yes we are almost at the last chance saloon but at least we have a chance thanks to a lot of hard work from TL and others, not to mention a lot of money spent so far. If it does not come off and someone else jumps onboard then so be it. I would rather say thank you to TL and others rather than rip the ****** out of their company and attempts to provide me with a football club to follow.

Think once again today is a face to face meeting, at least that is the inference I took from TL text to Solent this morning at 0820.

Whilst not having our own 'dedicated' team it is certain meetings have taken place on Monday and again today. Yesterday there was communication via fax or other medium as Pinnacle were working last night on the latest FL position. Hopefully today will bring all this to an end.

Not sure it is losing confidence just that their exclusivity time has run out. Think he has stated publicly that he is talking to others for that reason.

Would not say that Mills, Best, Craine and Blackstock have been a great success since leaving. Bale has done OK so that only leaves Theo as the one who has really pushed on and shown the promise that we all saw.

Of course existing ST holders should get preferential treatment and prices. People who gave theirs up last season, for what ever reason, should be treated just the same as someone who has not had one and wants to buy for next season. Would assume that talks will have taken place already regarding prices for next season during the last couple of weeks.

From what I have been told the short and long term future is bright and hopefully exciting if this goes its full course to ownership. Now have a very big smile on my face and looking forward to a few glasses of wine tonight and then several beers at the rugby tomorrow. COYR
