Think we are in for a beating. Young, fit, high-pressing youngsters will be too much for our ponderous defence.

We played Long in this fixture last year and he and Mane ran them ragged in the first half. Don't think their defence is very mobile so maybe time for a change up front.

Personally, I would take Lamela and Townsend. Both have talent and could be great under Coeman.

Just looking At MC v Chelsea. Passing is very good. We were like that last year but we look a pale imitation this season.

Not terribly confident for this one. Think Newcastle will be a much better team this term. I know we won 5-0 overall against Vitesse, but for long periods they enjoyed a lot of possession and could have scored if their strikers had been better. We certainly can't afford to be giving the ball away as we did so often over the 2 legs.

An attacking midfielder for me. Somebody like Jonjo Shelvey. Getting it into the net is a priority. Pretty football is all very well, but we need an end product.

Won't do much till Ronald gets back from holiday. Anyone know when that is ?

As someone already said. Had forgotten just how good he had become. Will be like a new signing if he gets back to his old form.
