I think thats difficult to answer personally. Been out so many times that I find myself a little jaded by the pubs/bars in Soton but dont mind Winchester due to hardly going there. Do like the bottom end of town where the White Star has been mentioned. To be honest being away for 3 years probably hasnt made much difference as all teh places are the same as they were. A couple of new bars in Bedford place and couple more have had name changes. Yuzo (was the Wine bar) isnt too bad. Hogshead isnt too bad for pint but avoid Yates at all costs! Then there is Orange Rooms/Little Buddha. To be all honest its all the same but only good depending on the people your out with. Actually if you want to start off just out of the centre - could try the Trago Lounge in portswood not a bad cafe/bar/lounge. Walk up the road to teh Varisty for a cheeky one before going up to Mango Thai's Tappas bar and then just follow the road into town!

Ha ha, brilliant. You the man! In fairness, have to agree with those above that the club got caught out on the number it would sell. Think they could have ordered more in the initial production run and then run down teh shirts over the course of the season but thats easy to say in hindsight. I just hope they have them back in come november time!

Taking that form over the whole season, I'd take it. Would end up on around 89 points. I expect Saints to win at least 25 games this season, which I think will see us in promotion contention.

Yes I do, the team is more than ready whereas the squad is not there yet. There will be ups and downs no doubt but I won't worry about them just yet.

I'm confused now mate. Your worried about our poor pre-season but above seems like you've taken on board that its a 46 game season. So are you saying you'll judge the team over the course of the league then rather than now?
