Adam is trying to be saved for a start on monday,has been training all week but i think starting him today would be a a step to soon.

I think that will pretty much be the line up for tuesday, Nigel wont risk Adam till next saturday unless it`s going tits up at Rochdale.

Looks like Adam will be on the bench although i wouldn`t risk him if we are doing ok in the match,could end up him making the injury worse and blighting our run in.

Adam is very doubtful for saturday and will probably be back for the tuesday game,no point rushing him back.

Adam felt his groin tighten a bit and came off just to be on the safe side.

I just hope Saints go up this year i know Adam would love to stay and get them into the Premiership but if it goes pearshaped i fear he will have to move on (fingers crossed).

I really think it is time to take the bull by the horns and put Lallana in the centre of midfield and let him pull the strings from there,i know alot of people dont think he is strong enough in that position but along side someone like Chaplow surely it could work.We just seem to be wasting his ability out wide where in some games he dosn`t see enough of the ball,more when we resort to the long ball tactics when behind in a game.

Barnard should start as Guly never travelled up with the team.
