  1. Jack Stephens and the rest are no better
  2. https://apple.news/ASa2zY-e1SF2Z8QONXpDw_A Not seen this posted elsewhere
  3. I guess it depends where you are in career terms and whether certain circumstances (club in the sh1t, manager struggling and manager out of work) might just be the scenario for it to happen but, as we both agree, it wouldn’t end well for one or more of the three.
  4. You didn’t read the rest of the sentence then.
  5. Adkins would be a perfect assistant to Ralph but I can’t see either being happy with that arrangement.
  6. And a final.
  7. The same as Brendan Rodgers, right?
  8. Didn’t he play a grand total of 4 games while on loan at Inter who showed no interest in signing him permanently.
  9. Coming back from long-term injury
  10. There are examples. We’ve had two in recent years. With his managerial ‘skills’ on display at the moment he’s metaphorically walking at this rate.
  11. There’s systemic issues right across the club which is the problem. One or two issues you can fix but when the manager is no longer the messiah, the players are sh1te, the coaching staff are sh1te, there is no DOF, the youngsters aren’t coming through, the coaches at the junior teams are not up to it, the last DOF bought a cupboard full of cr@p and the owner has no money then, well, you are truly and utterly ****ed.
  12. Ralph will walk.
  13. Been made an Ambassador of the club. Fits in well with the thread title!
  14. No chance. He was Stephens man but he lost him so JWP made an attempt to get close to him while Stephens marked the invisible man.
  15. Aguero was Stephens’ man.
  16. Are you not including the Aguerro goal?
  17. Yep, he was asking them if they wanted to waste time now with the ball like they did when Saints were ahead.
  18. Not happy that the staff held on to the ball at some point to waste time while we were ahead.
  19. We haven’t got the personnel for a high press. Certainly not against a team like City. It would be suicide to try that especially away from home. If the club support him, which they’ve so far pretty much failed to do, then maybe we can adopt this strategy in the future with capable players.
  20. Hoj is going to play LB again by the look of it.
  21. Great post. As for the last paragraph, I think you’re spot on. He did several interviews where he certainly gave the impression he thought movement in the transfer market was going to happen only for it not to be the case.
  22. Ralph trying to get the sack?
  23. Same old same old with that team but then his options are pretty limited.
  24. I’m guessing you’re taking the **** ref Yoshi and Stephens. I hope.
  25. As Ralph showed last season. WTF has happened since those ‘halcyon’ days?!
