  1. That's not it in full though is it. Europe was a year ago.
  2. Our January league position will determine the course of events. If our standing is perilous the board may well act. Relegation would make a huge impact on his value.
  3. Lemina tweeted that his ankle is still not right and hasn't been for the last two games. Sounds like MP shouldn't be picking him.
  4. Sort of puts a spanner in the works of the poster who was saying he'd gone 3 games ago on a number of threads yesterday lol.
  5. Regarding Black, was he there today?
  6. Noticed you haven't posted on the Puel thread yet today. You know, the 'World class' manager
  7. This weather should be suiting Krueger. If we could just get the puck up to the offense quicker we'd be ok.
  8. Pace and being in control of the ball at the same time are not bedfellows for Redmond.
  9. Thanks John. Very enlightening.
  10. and I want to retire before I'm 50 but that's not going to happen either.
  11. You do realise there is the same points gap from us to 10th place as there is from us to 19th second from bottom, yes?
  12. Redmond would provide the addition of a good moan at his team mates as well as running around.
  13. Liverpool Echo reporting that LFC expect competition from Man City who have made VvD their first-choice Centre Back target in January.
  14. Is Sir Les still with us? Couldn't wait to do an interview or be in front of the cameras when all was going swimmingly. Maybe he's left.
  15. This thread is probably not going the way the 'moron / f*ckwit / ****t' envisaged
  16. https://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?59049-Stuart-Taylor/page2#.WjFLcv9l-po
  17. He wouldn't have played last season either if it wasn't for the parallel absence of VvD and Fonte. It was either him or Stuart Taylor at CB. He did OK. As mentioned, with the imminent departure of VvD, he would get games next year as he's ahead of Gardos and Bednarek. Choice is his of course.
  18. Page 1 of this thread
  19. The Club wouldn't have a say in it then? If that was the scenario it would only happen if SFC wanted it to and had plans in place to replace him.
  20. There is no way the Club would sell him in January as we are thread bare up front as it is. That is / was never going to happen. He's not quick, he's not apparently particularly fit but he does what all good strikers do and gets the ball in the back of the net. Amen to that.
  21. I’m sure a lot of folks will agree he is just like MLT in his prime. Almost identical. Like twins. I’m impressed with his rapid improvement. He went from pretty good in your post match comments to outstanding in just a couple of hours.
  22. The only people who thought that was a penalty was the ref and that idiot Alan Smith despite the benefit of several replays. Prat.
  23. Certainly a few missed passes although that was the same for many players and both teams, especially in the first half. We are reluctant to break forward in numbers (somewhat understandable against the likes of Arsenal and City) which makes it difficult when we do win the ball in the middle of the park to pick out a forward pass that won't just come straight back.
  24. Yes, I think you probably are. Many people's MOTM including Franny on BT Sport. Broke up the Arsenal play all over the pitch and never stopped chasing and closing down as well as being positive in going forwards.
  25. Sounds like Cuca has improved considerably in that case.
