Having worked Waterfall and Prince2 I can say that the Agile approach is far more rewarding, for me anyway.

Play offs. A lot will depend on who drops out of the Prem. If Wolves drop and Big Mick stays they will occupy one of the top 2 spots. The other 3 likely candidates are less easier to predict, probably West Ham fairing best. I think the 3 coming up from Div 1 (assuming Huddersfield do the necessary) will be the strongest to have gone into the Championship for some time. All in all, a very competitive league ahead of us. Assuming no major off season dramas, we start next season on a massive roll. Get off to a positive start and the play offs could easily be in our grasp.

Best of luck. Only suggestion I have to offer is to get your CV as presentable as possible. Recruiters have limited time to assess your Cv so you need to make it stand out, having different variations of your cv according to the positions you are applying for could also assist in gaining an interview. There is plenty of free online assistance in polishing your cv.
