There always have been negative fans about . Three of us moved our season tickets from the West to the East stand because we were fed up of the abuse that Paul Rideout was getting, just becuase he wasn't as quick as Rod Wallace, or as good in front of goal as Shearer. Before that , I stood with a mate up the Archers. He always stood in the same spot. He warned me that there was a bloke there who spend 90 minutes slagging off Steve Williams, my hero at the time. Brains of a Rocking horse was his catch phrase. The game in question was at home to Norwich. In the 2nd half, with the score at 0-0 Williams picked up a square pass from Keegan, set of on a mazy run that beat 5 Norwich players, before he curled it round the keeper. I gave the Williams abuser so much stick, I was lucky he didn't flatten me ! As I said, there have always been people who berate players, often with no real reason, but the internet has made it far worse. At Christmas, I didn't like any of our team, apart from Leo. That has all changed now!

It is ridiculous. There are no games in England on Sunday afternoon, it should be played then. Any game that could go to extra time and penalties kicking off at 8 pm is just mental. How the fuck are people supposed to get home ? 2pm Sunday and everyone can have a pint afterwards and then stroll back to the station

Yes I did , one of my favourites. I am open to any suggestions for any other steady Eddie players. Maybe that chase back and tackle that Morgan did at Old Trafford disquallifies him.

I got streams for the Brighton and Espanyol freindlies and Bree was dreadful in both of them, especially defensively. I realise thay both teams are of a higher standard to anything in the Championship but, even so, he was awful. Maybe that had something to do with it, or maybe he thought he was being managed out. He has certainly impressed since he came back.

A couple of years ago, I went to see Benfica away at Real Sociadad in the Champions league. When we got of the bus near the ground there were youth and police running everywhere. During the game the Benfica fans were lobbing flares into the family section . It was like a 1980s flashback.

Looking at the u21 s , only Williams seemed to be missing. That probably means Archer, Stewart and Larin all in the squad, maybe one of Downes or Jander being rested.

He was great at Goodison on his debut. Got a chance in a similar position against Man U a week later and hit it low and to close to De Gea. That's when I realised that he wasn't a clinical finisher, just a typical english forward. After that he was dissapointing until the promotion season. He was definitely a player who needed lots of chances to score one goal, but then so was Phil Boyer. Boyers movement in the box was far superior, always nipping in before the defender to get a shot in. AA was generally just waiting for the cross to reach him. In his last match, he was screaming at Leo to square the ball to him, even when a defender had caught up with him and was blocking any possible pass. Luckily Leo ignored him ! Good luck at Wolves, and thanks for the effort Adam.

My abiding memory of Aribo was the cup game against Blackpool. We were 2 nil up and I was hoping we might get a bit of much needed confidence. Blackpool broke away and aribo was running back with one of the Blackpool players, but decided to leave him and Mark someone else who was stood still. The player that he was originally marking ran on and scored. Add to that they turning away from the Ipswich equaliser last season and the same again for the 2nd Millwall goal this season . Apart from being lazy and a coward , he is a top player !

I had the Pompey channel for the first 15 minutes, it was like Fox News for fish fuckers, going on about how great their fans are. I managed to find another feed with white noise instead, much better. On the football front ,the back 4 was much better, Azaz and Matzuski had some good creative moments. AA should have put that first chance in the same spot as he did at Wembley.

I think we should sign Bastardo Afonso Morrireo from Lyon. All I know about him is that he is no 17, so probably a forward. But who cares , with that name . Ps only noticed him because Matland Niles scored for Lyon in the Europa League

I watched that on a feed with no commentary, so I got to to listen to the crowd. There really is no atmosphere any more. 4 years of Sports Republic have knocked the shit out of everyone. Could hear a lot of SR get out of our club, you don't know what you're doing and your not fit to wear the shirt. Game wise, like most people I really only want to see Fellows and Leo starting. Jander , Charles and Bragg are OK. Stewart looked a class above in his movement but unfortunately he is made of glass. I sort of wish we had lost to Leeds so we didn't have to sign Downes and THB. Bit worried about the keeper on corners, but until we get some defensive coaching we are fucked. I feel so detached from the club now.

To be fair, they had to do something to get Jalert off the pitch . He was good first half but he should have been marking the scorers of both goals .

Thanks for all the tips, but my freind lives in France and has just tried the http of UltravipTV and found that it is blocked by the French Government. They are having a massive crackdown on IPTV as it is impacting sports deals for League 1 . My freind is going to stay away from IPTV for a while .

After yesterday, it does seem a bit odd to ask for the best way to watch Saints games. I was using UltraVIPTV but that seems to have shut down on New Years day. I realise that nobody on here would actually use an IPTV, as it is against the rules. However , if anyone knows a "friend" that uses one, particulalry one that has the EFL channels , I would welcome recomendations.

Bragg did will, as did Matsuki, but there were too many changes in the starting line up . Not a good idea to leave the 2 top scorers on the bench at the same time. Baz did well for once, maybe the new keeper will make him up his game. Hope we have seen the back of Aribo and Frazer now.
