Ah, I thought you meant 'Prosit'. Apparently quite popular in the Germanic regions.

Throb. or Drongo. You missed an 'r' BTF?

Someone told me that anyone who goes there are going to have massive shoes to fill. Or was it: anyone who goes there are going to fill their boots? I can't remember...

You really do walk into these things Percy...

They've just lost again. Now may be a good time?

Pompey obviously cannot afford to pay that much to get rid...

Almost two years to the day since his last little fracas. Unfortunately, this time there's a £50,000 Audi with a big dent as evidence.

I loll'd! Seriously though, it's the way these corporations are set up to transfer funds between different companies across international borders that's wrong. Simple way would be tie a proportion of corporation tax to turnover, not profit.

I believe it's written into every red-top sports journalist's contract that they have to salivate over average players from the 'top six'.

Ditch itunes. Crap software. Try one of the alternatives: http://www.zeropaid.com/news/100739/5-free-alternatives-to-itunes/ Media Monkey is supposed to be quite good.

Did Fulham return some tickets? It looked like the block behind the Northam goal was mostly empty from going on late sale resulting in a huge gap between the groups of fans.

Nice sickbag.

Two things: Firstly, the acoustics of modern 'all-round' stadia is p!ss-poor. That's why Krap Nottarf seems to be loud - they have 50% of their support in a stand shaped liked a speaker horn and boxed in at the sides. Secondly, there is less to play for in the Prem. No promotions, virtually no chance of European football for 14 of the 20 clubs, everyone's nervous of being relegated, so crowds are quieter.

So this 17-year old youth player who's not getting a game for a bankrupt lower-league team is good enough to be selected for the same England U-19 squad that includes our 17-year old youth player who's playing regular Premier League football!! Another rule-bending ploy to artificially limit the squad numbers to allow the signing of Championship-quality players on silly money, methinks?

Looks a bit like the guy on the bus?

Surely a better and probably more effective way of controlling the problem? http://www.dorsetwildlifetrust.org.uk/vaccination.html http://www.wildlifetrusts.org/news/2012/03/20/badger-vaccination-take-place-wales

Fair enough, apology accepted. It was touch and go at one point, but she's alive and thriving now. Anyway, up for the Wessex League?
-
How would you feel about the Wessex League or Conference South, both being equally strong possibilities? Oh, and your Father/son analogy (talking as one who's had a daughter involved in a RTA) I find pretty unsavoury. If anything, PFC is more akin to a faithless son who's had a couple of jail terms for crack dealing and is currently on remand awaiting sentencing for handling stolen goods. "But he's a good boy really..."

Wooosh...

Think the villa fans all have the 'dinosaur' mentality. They need a dose of reality - perhaps a few seasons in the lower leagues would give them some perspective.

Being paid to win by rivals is okay - so says Mr Laudrup
Pugwash replied to manina-pub's topic in The Saints
So where would this lead? How much money would change hands? Would individuals rather than teams benefit? Would it extend to mid-season matches "when there's everything still to play for", or early-season matches when "the results don't mean much at this stage"? We all know that there are plenty of over-exuberant skill-challenged tacklers out there, who could perhaps be incentivised to 'up' their game against the likes of ManU and maybe put Van Persie out for a season. Would it be fair then? -
Now now Wes, you know the skates can offer two to three times as much as anyone else can. Although actually getting the money out of them may be a little more problematic.

Definitely missed a trick with no NFC. That might have made upgrading worthwhile.
