So, let's see if I've got this right. If November's PAYE and NI were due on 19th December, then a default event occurred 28 days later, on 16th January. The club would have had to report this within two working days, i.e. by 18th January, to avoid reference to the disciplinary committee. Correct? Also, if they are pushed into administration, does the £10.8m loan become a debt to CSI, thereby diluting the percentage of the HMRC debt (£1.6m) again?

In the financial quagmire that is PFC, I've lost track of who owns what. But am I correct in believing that Chanrai has a charge on FP, or has it been transferred to CSI? In which case, is Chanrai able to put PFC in Admin or not? He's certainly not a director and isn't now a creditor of PFC?

Wrong move Lumpitt criticising The News. They're one of the few friends the club has left.

Stop farting in the tub then. Anyway, I digress. I bought a Kindle Touch for Madam Pugwash at Christmas - bit of a problem getting it up and running initially as it's not supported in the UK yet, but it's now working great. Her friend has had a standard Kindle for about 18 months and swears by it. Usual things - holiday reading, light, etc, so Madam was keen. My thoughts were decisively old-school, like the weight and feel, flick back to check things, and so on. after sneakily downloading a couple of books for myself, I'm really coming round to it - at least for novels. It's a very pleasant experience and I find I actually want to read more often. One huge plus is the number of free out-of-copyright books that are available. Have downloaded quite a few and am currently dipping into Kipling whenever I can get my hands on the thing. These are books that I wouldn't have otherwise found the time or inclination to seek out and buy or borrow. So on the whole it's expanded and enriched my reading experience. I might even get another one for myself at some point.

Whatever floats yer boat, i guess. I'll pay another 50 for the car itself.

OK I'm confused as well now...

As Chinny holds charges on both CSI and PFC2010 then surely it's his next logical step.

Anything with Billy Crystal in it. Anything with Nicolas Cage in it. Worst of all, anything with Billy Crystal AND Nicolas Cage in it.

Hull could a job for me.

Slipstream - Mark Hamill's follow-up to Star Wars. Just... WHY? A River Runs Through It - Yawn. Best performances by the fish... Moulin Rouge - Utterly Ridiculous Forrest Gump - Saw this on a plane coming back from the Canary Islands. Plane full of mystified Brits and one Yank (the only one laughing) who was one of those bit-part actors who was in 3 or 4 Bond films. Commando - What was the total bodycount anyway?

A cruise out of Southampton will involve a full exchange of passengers, with a muster and life safety briefing before leaving dock or reaching open sea. With the Italian cruise ships in the Med, the locals will join the cruise at different ports on the itinerary, almost like a ferry. So it's not unusual for them not even to attend a once-weekly muster. I've heard a lot of horror stories from people who've been with Costa and the other major Italian operator, MSC, and personally I wouldn't sail with them. Their accident and safety records over the past 20-30 years have been pretty bad - in particular navigation, collisions and poor safety training.

Yes, she was over there yesterday, presumably provisioning.

Saints games/moments you couldn't bear to watch..

...with lots of little raggedy edges. A very satisfactory afternoon.

Statistically, its membership is probably representative. However, most members and registered users post very little, so i would say that the posts are probably NOT representative. Therefore: +1

In gas circles, it's referred to as NOX. Anyway, back on topic - I'm off to be a prawn-sandwich munching Chelsea supporter for the day. Comfy seat and lunch to watch the Skates get stuffed.

Culturally so different to anywhere else I've been in the world, but very nice people. Tokyo probably looks rather different now without the advertising lights since Fukishima closed down. Shame you couldn't get out of Tokyo and see the rest of Japan. The bullet train from Kobe to Hiroshima opens up the coastal plain scenery a bit. Don't remember much of Hiroshima itself, but did visit Ground Zero - eerie and quite moving. Oh, and did the maid walk in on you having a shower? the idea of privacy is a bit unfamiliar and nakedness doesn't seem to be an issue to them.

It makes sense to start the training ground scheme at Easter, so there's a minimum 'downtime' to the facilities. I'm guessing the bulk of the construction interruptions will then be out of the way by the start of training for next season. Anyway, back to the thread - I'd be more concerned if NC was to take his eye off the ball at SFC. If he is getting more involved at Mali, will he delegate the running of the club to someone else?

LOL!! No, couldn't have been - there weren't any beards in it...

Interesting. I seem to remember reading a book back in the 70's that proposed something similar. Wish I could remember which book.

So exactly who are these "people" (or is it now a "lot of people"?) who are saying the Liebherrs want out and that the Cortese relationship has collapsed? ITK?
