  1. Not surprising when you can pay £5 on the day nearby. £200 or £115? Obvious really
  2. Bridge?
  3. I'll bow to Clapham Saint's legal interpretation of "servicing" the CVA. However I'm a technical guy, not a legal eagle, so to me this seems something of an analogy to Schrodinger's Cat. It could be argued that they ARE servicing the CVA because they don't appear to have broken the agreement yet. It could also be argued that the circumstances are such that they have no intention of paying anything, so therefore are NOT servicing the CVA. Unfortunately we won't actually know if the cat is dead or alive until the box is opened in April 2012. Either way, I'll bet the cat's crapped in the box.
  4. You just don't get it, do you? Yes, the CVA has been AGREED. But it's not being SERVICED until the terms start being complied with, i.e. PAYING THE F*CKING MONEY. Are you a troll or just dim?
  5. Thanks to everyone for their posts. Just found out that one of the guys is a cousin of a mate, so I will be using them!
  6. I was doing 85 when I hit a pheasant. After it went under the car, I looked in my rear view mirror to see a 40-ton lorry squash it. Is that not the moral you're looking for?
  7. Took me a while to find it amongst all the other crap on this thread, but I think Faz was right on page 2. Under-21's getting an extra week off, so I'm going for 11th July - if at all. Sorry, and LittleLat's post as well.
  8. Yes I do know what you mean. When the kids grow up and get lives and responsibilities of their own, your feelings change a bit - happier, prouder and sadder all at the same time.
  9. Another P*mpey in the making.
  10. Oh FFS! I come on this thread to read opinion and rumours about Jack Cork, not CMS, Danns or Peltier. Apart from the first two posts on this page the rest is totally irrelevant. Take your spats to the HCDAJFU thread.
  11. Apparently the bid's not on the table, it's in the bin...
  12. Keeps the flies away from Corporate.
  13. Figures. Start of the financial year.
  14. I know some who recruit students during the summer break, but I can't PM you. Might be your Registered User status?
  15. Oh yes! Then the look says: "And your problem is...?"
  16. Brilliant. Shame IWM Duxford doesn't do the same.
  17. So that's... what, £2m debt onto the club? And who gets the 50% rebate... er, sorry, sell-on fee? Nice one BC.
  18. Saw him play a couple of times, quite reasonable. Didn't he have a serious injury that kept him out for a season or so?
  19. Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest. Guy I used to work with coached him as a youth. He used to hang out with the Terry bros and Jody Morris, but was rated as 'slightly less intelligent'. Curbs thought he was an arrogant little tw*t. He should fit in well down there...
  20. Friend of a friend's girlfriend ****ged Ryan Giggs. Took 11 years before the papers got interested...
  21. Not real. Where's the aggressive drunk, the fat lady squeezing down the aisle and the screaming kids?
  22. Middlesboro' at home, so 2-0 to Saints
  23. C3 not really in the same league as the other three. Yaris is a bit on the small side and I've always had hassle with Toyota dealers for some reason. Golfs are good drives, but a bit over-priced as reliability not as good as perceived. Go for the Jazz - Highly reliable, excellent build quality, very quiet and a bit of a Tardis. Only downsides are: a bit jiggly on poor roads and a bit gutless (definitely avoid the 1.2), but the laydees love 'em.
  24. Awfully bad show chaps. Just not cricket!!
