I'd say we would need a centre forward, tricky one with pace, a sort of Jermaine Defoe type of player and a new centre back to cover for Jaidi if his fitness fails him. Martin and Seabourne are good enough as cover. Add in all the injured players coming back fully fit and keeping Stephens then we're sorted. Thats it IMO

Agreed. Chaplow and Hammond do the same job so shouldn't be on the pitch at the same time. Need someone creative in the middle to accompany them al la schneiderlin.

If that is the case then it would seem stupid to risk Stephens on Saturday, as if Hammond gets booked he'll definitely be needed.

Good argument for supporting Posh on Saturday. Just noticed posh do still have to play bith Orient and Rochdale away so like us they have tough games ahead. Huddesfields are tougher though.

I think you have the team spot on. Have seen fron Adkins that one good performance doesn't guarantee anything so expect Harding will be back. Think the way dickson got forward yesterday means he would be the obvious replacement if lallana cant make it in time. No need to risk stephens even if he might be ok as if Hammond gets suspended then we'll definitely need him.

I really think he's proved that he has a valuable part to play next year and would definitely give him another year. Also considering his age he seems to avoid injuries reasonably well.

I know Rochdale are on a good run but since xmas they have lost to both Exeter and MK Dons at home. I think Oldham hadn't lost at home when we beat them 6-0. Not saying we should count our chickens but the players should be going there confident of three points if they play well.
