Paul Tisdale is a quality coach/Manager and has had a good grounding in all aspects of the game....Much more quality and experience than the Dutch crew.....Worked wonders on a non existant budget with some young and experienced players..... Only one stumbling block......Rupert...Tisdale could possibly report to A proper Director of Football/Chairman like Quinn...But Rupert running the show Continuation of Nightmare on Elm Street sorry at St Marys. The true story is that Saints ****ed up....with papers/offer due to position/money problem/incompetence......Whilst fannying around Cork had a better offer which he took. Usual spin put out by club and of course the player is not too bothered and will not step out of line as there maybe another day when he needs certain freinds....He was all up for staying and his agent was trying to deal with un cooperative club in turmoil...so I am not having a dig...its due to circumstances at the club and Corks subsequent better offer that came at a bad time for Saints......Great defensive mid-field player. OVER TO YOU MRWilde short term fix is required now and some/many good people can come together to sort the long term problems....We must at least try.

As Delmary states and most agree, short term fix is required now. The above vision statement is also exactly what is needed. I have prayed and wished for the names, including, Salz, Davies, Bransgrove, Trant, Crouch, Corbett, Hunt etc etc to get together and sort this out. I was at a loss why they did not do this before or sooner this time around... But when needs must....But as you rightly point out it has to be done A1 to get the full support of the shareholders and financial institutions.
