  1. This must be linked in there somewhere... http://www.courtoffside.com/forum/showthread.php?t=47132
  2. Gecko's design's are always fantastic, but that home-shirt above might top the lot. Brilliant.
  3. Brilliant! - Just got in and read the results. Didn't see either of those 2 coming, so it's a case of so far, so good. Lots of twists and turns to come.
  4. And we spent money on him? FFS! Everyone out!!! Yup, good signing by all accounts. Young player, scores goals, makes goals, & plays in a position we need a signing! I'm not happy!
  5. From Solentsport twitter... Footnote: Jason Puncheon was at The Valley tonight, chatting with #Saintsfc players in tunnel after game NA says video replays suggest N'Guessan "goal" ONSIDE, Charlton "goal" NOT over the line #Saintsfc Nigel Adkins tells Solent he would categorically NOT recall Jason Puncheon, even if he was allowed to #Saintsfc

  7. Shame we're not getting anyone else in, but if push came to shove, I guess any from Lallana, Chambo, or Guly could do a job. Wonder if Ward-Prowse would be anywhere near the bench?
  8. They've not been playing well at all lately, but it's going to be a tricky game - They'll be right up for playing us. ....and whilst he never did the business for us, I worry about BWP's pace. CMS caused us all sorts of problems with his direct running at Peterborough.

    Run-in

Yup, totally agree. They are pretty much the reason Brighton are so far away from us IMO.
  10. Never a bad sign, Bailey. Cheers for posting that.
  11. Not pretty, but got the job done. Would much rather do that, than to play really well and fail to win. 1st half was obviously poor, but with some increase in tempo, we got a lot better in the 2nd half. Great header from Jose, and fantastic technique from Rickie for the goals. We've just nailed Wednesday, now bring on tuesday
  12. Would be a top signing. Proven championship midfielder, with desire to play for the club again. Also gives a nice balance to what we currently have. Count me in with the 'thumbs up' brigade.
  13. They've been very poor. We've been very good. But it's on TV... How many times have we been on TV this season? I can remember the Plymouth loss, and the Peterborough draw. Both less than stellar experiences.
  14. We used to call them 're-incarnations'. Used to build team of them... Ruud Gullit, Matthaus, M.Laudrup, Baresi. (Although that may've been CM95) Those were the days
  15. What a top signing he'd be. Doesn't he get in the Reading team, then? Was wondering that whilst watching goals on sunday, just now. Other names that I plucked out of thin air were Jay Spearing & Jake Livermore.
  16. Fantastic player if he's fit.
  17. Fantastic. 3 games won in a row for us, 2 games in a row lost for them. Massive result for us today. Brilliant.
  18. I love that his disguise is so good that we are discussing if it's him or not even when we have a picture! Testing the water for sitting in the away end at the weekend? (A nice 'eff you' to Eddie Mitchell).
  19. Great win today. Colchester had only lost twice at home all season. Massively pleased with the 3 points - Now on to Yeovil.
  20. It's easier to moan when it isn't 100% perfection
  21. I accepted the draw with Hartlepool as long as we beat Swindon, so on that front, job done. Stats-wise, Walsall have lost 9 at home already this season, and only Peterborough have conceded more at home in the whole league. 3pts is a must.
  22. Great win today, lads. Won't be too many weekends when we'll make up +3 points on Brighton. Bench sounded really strong at the start of play, and seemed to make a real impact on the game. Bournemouth result was unfortunate, but a 10 man Orient did us a BIG favour at Huddersfield.
  23. He's making an impact, at least
  24. Scored today. Playing with Paterson up front.
  25. RIP Dean. Fantastic player for us.
