Not particularly enamoured with that starting XI to be honest. Would have put Boruc in goal, and if Ramirez is fit enough to be on the bench, he should be fit enough to start.

Why Adkins is persisting with Gazzaniga is beyond me. The last 3 goals we have conceded have ALL been his fault and he has cost us four points. It's not good enough and will come back to bite us in the season shake up in April..

It has to be Boruc. Have not seen Gazzaniga make a decent save yet and pretty much any shot on target against him seems to go in.

Great win. Great performance. Hopefully we can follow it up with two home wins and move onwards and upwards. Would still like to see Gazzaniga dropped as he isn't ready and feel Boruc could be the man between the sticks. However will not dwell on negativity this week and am heading off out to celebrate !

Gazzaniga has looked shaky and nervy every game he has played. Should never have picked him today after his error last week.

as a critic of Adkins in recent weeks, I must say that the first half performance was superb, hope we can stay on top and get a much needed win.

Why? Adkins had the whole summer to sort out the defence and did nothing about it, what makes you think January will be any different?

Not good enough. Adkins showed his mettle today by his bizarre decision to bring on Fox after they had just equalised. Time for him to walk and hope that somebody else can come in and get them defending. Also not impressed with gazzaniga to be honest, seems to be a lovefest on here for him, but I can hardly remember him making a save in the games he has been in goal. Boruc next week please.

I agree about Adkins. He isn't the man to take us forward. I don't even mind him resting some players but at least have a bit of quality on the bench, even United do that in this cup. Absolute joke.

Not having a laugh at all.. Win this tonight against a championship side and then we are in the quarter finals.. Who knows what could happen then as we would only be three wins from a cup.. Is that so strange?

what a confidence boost that will be for Reading, whilst we inevitably lose and continue our downward spiral. Ridiculous team selection and attitude towards our only chance of winning a trophy this season.

Was one of the brave few who voted against him in the last poll and have voted against him again now.. Not good enough at this level IMO.
