Because our players are mostly ****e. The difference between their attack and ours is light years the have have pace and power we have one dimensional pace and powder puff goal threat.

I said in the match build up we get dicked if we played open and took the game to them. Not playing long has left zero pace up front meaning that,although we have a lot of the ball we are no threat easy day for Liverpools defence.

Really? Where are all these people celebrating like we've won the league? I think everyone is well aware of our predicament but you can't blame people for feeling a bit upbeat after getting a win. Its not like we've had much to be happy about this season after today's game we can all go back to being miserable....

yeah if we are pointing out matches we blew it in I wouldn't have spurs in there. Watford away and Man city away are two games we should have got more and "blew it" (if we had those extra 4 points now we wouldn't be half as worried sat in 11th place

we could also be 13th and 4pts of relegation with a win (unlikely as that is ) even a draw could take us up to 14th thanks to goal difference It is stupidly tight in the bottom half of the table

Do you go for a solid hard to break down midfield of Romeu, Lemina and Hoj or if so who gets dropped Tadic, Boufal or JWP? Does Stephens and Hodet carry on despite the defensive rickets or do you bring Yoshida back in for one of them (or go three at that back to try cut out the goals being conceded). If the best team was 100% nailed on we'd hardly have anything left to debate apart from Les Reed.

I think part of the problem with playing Long upfront ( other than his finishing) is we don't release the ball quick enough. His main asset is pace so he needs the ball played over the top or in behind to space early to get the best out if him. Instead we fanny about with it and then try and play it to him with his back to goal and and a couple of defenders behind him.
