I think it's more to do with squad depth our squad just can't cope with the inevitable injuries, suspensions and loss of form that the big teams can.

Because he has a contract with saints. I really can't see the club letting Morgan and Victor go in one summer. My guess is Morgan will go this summer and Victor will have to see out another season with us (and suck it up like Morgan did) in the meantime Harrison Reed will probably find him self getting a lot more first team action next season.

True but that would easily change if one of the big boys shows an interest. Fair enough I thought Targett looked a more accomplished full back than Mugabi (unfortunate own goal aside) certainly delivers a good cross and dead ball though he could defiantly do with staying on his feet a bit more.

Mugabi being a case in point looked really good going forward last night, he clearly has some ability, but PL forwards would have a field day against his defending and positioning right now IMO.
