You like to live dangerously don't you. Wait until Turkish and the other bully boys see that you have written 2 positive comments about the future. Don't you realise that is not allowed on a "mong" board. I bet one of the bright sparks mentions man walking on the moon.

Absolutely brilliant.

Because I can

Thatsallright then. I bet Porky Penny is looking forward to meeting loads of new folk in League 2 next season.

15,000 is a bit too many at this tage. Expand the Kingsland. Get another 8k seats in there and then lets see what happens.
-
LOL How many are there in this photo? By my reckoning about 14 in the back row and about 50 in total. If you are as simple and as "special" as Neil allen it doesn't take much to be "incredible"

Spot on. -
You are probably correct. It would be strange if only 31,700 pople wanted to go to the match. I am sure that we would could have sold more.
-
I would totally agree. 39k would do us nice at the moment.
-
After tonight, with 31,700 at SMS now desperate to come back for more, I would suggest that expansion is now a must. Ground capacity is the only thing holding this club back.
-
I did - I was the first one on the prediction league to do so. ... but my performance in the Prediction League is not one to writehome about. Brilliant performance tonight - simply brilliant.

Anybody with a surname of Adams who calls their son Atticus deserves to be sacked if you ask me.

Don't you just love it when the forum bully and chief WUM gets it so wrong. "Lock thread" he says . 290 plus posts later it looks as if the OP was correct to raise this subject again.

Its at times like this that I miss the ramblings of our good friend Corp Ho. We may think that the best that Pompey can hope for is League 2 on minus 10 points but I am sure that in his eyes they are just a gnat's crotchet away from being in the Champions League and that we should be pig sick. I wonder how he sees events now at Fortress Fatpipes? Perhaps he could become "our occasional correspondent" giving the nutjobs the opinions of a confirmed nutter.

No it is still there

Come on Mr ****e. I am a great fan of your works. The day after a match is not complete until I have read your musings. Why have I had to wait 48 hours after the Manu match for your opinions?Pull your finger out and give your adoring fans what they want that much earlier.

When you see the names of the people who have voted no , I am pleased that I have voted yes. I do not want to be associated with them!!

Guardian blog article on last night and the wider implications

Much is being made in the press of MP's inability to communicate with the players because he cannot speak English. But is this the case? Presumably he is taking lessons and whilst he may have difficulty in answering questions at a press conference, he could well know enough English to get his message across. There is a world of difference in being able to answer Adam Blackmore's questions coherently and in telling a player to get the ball into the box more often. Last night he seemed to be giving instructions to Ricky - proving if nothing else that he can talk Scouse. He was also getting on fine talking to Morgan - which is not surprising as he played in France for PSG. Ramirez and the Portuguese speakers will also have no problems in understanding him. A few years ago, Ranieri took over at Chelsea and was apparently reliant upon an interpreter who was present during every interview. After a few months in the job suddenly the interpreter disappeared and Ranieri was fluent in English. He had clearly known more than he was letting on. I wonder if the same could be true for MP?

Went to South Africa on holiday this summer and caught Terry Paine on telly as a fooyball pundit. Taking about England he referred to "the 2 ex Southampton players Walcott and Oxlade Chamberlain." Most pundits would have talked about the 2 Arsenal players - not the "2 ex Southampton players". Top bloke.
