I'd say some of them have a peek, probably the younger players. Would be human nature I guess?

It's not the best, but stronger than last season IMO. It doesn;t come close to the PL of a decade or so ago though. Still think we'll survive quite comfortably and I don't think we are particularly strong, so that shows you what I think of some of the other teams around us.

I've never once been skiing in my life, I feel like I'm missing out but then whenever it's entered my head, the thought of laying on a warm beach has always been a clincher. I might try it one day, I'll try and blag my way onto a freebie ski trip with my work for starters I think.

It's as bad as the losers who walk in the pub dressed up expecting everyone to look around at them.

I'd just get the wife/girlfriend to do it while you have a nice relaxing drink.

Good memories of Villa Park from the FA Cup semi!

So because he wants to get his son a christmas present, he obviously doesn't love him? Ok then.

Another astonishingly insightful release from the PST. They've said loads without actually saying anything.

Spot on Kraken. Yet STILL they try and make out it's a "fans buyout". Classic.

With each passing hour, no make that each passing minute, every quote, story, plea or fit of rage continues to further embarrass everything and everyone associated with that cesspit of a place. This is every football fan rivals dream, and we are lucky enough to be experiencing it. What a bunch of deluded simpletons. You really couldn't make it up, but luckily we don't have to.
-
I'm still annoyed that we put out a weakened team against Leeds, let alone a game in the FA Cup!

Who needs christmas when you have that no mark club? The gift that keeps on giving.

Ha, not sure I'd do the same thing but fair play. I suppose if you have your child in a hospital unit it kind of puts everything into perspective.

Doing every Championship game in our promotion season. Going to the Olympics - The stadium was superb and was also lucky enough to see Hockey and Boxing. Going to Euro 2012 - Only managed to get out to Kiev for the 1/4 final but was still a brilliant experience. Good city too. Wimbledon Semi Final - Got extremely lucky in the ballot. Needless to say I had a great summer of sport. Graduating from my PGCE and managing to get a job in a subject where jobs are virtually impossible to get. Brother getting married and being his best man. It's been a good year but always a family death or two to keep everything in perspective Here's to 2013 and Las Vegas in July, counting down to that already!

Break has come at the right time as Luke Shaw is carrying an injury at the moment too.

I'm of the generation where I don't know whether I'm lucky or not. At 24 I luckily missed the boat on drowning myself with a ridiculous mortgage, as well as being able to wait a few years before worrying about children. Also DPS, 600 of quid a month on student loans?? Either your loan was massive or you earn huge money. I know Noadswood is a good school but never thought it that good!

Or perhaps everyone could just enjoy some quality time with friends and close family because, after all, life is too short?

Recently, the 0-6 win at Oldham, 0-1 at Leeds last season and all the promotion games. Further back, MLT last goal at the dell, FA Cup Final 2003, we might have lost but a proud day for me to see something I never thought I would. 6-3 and 3-1 wins against Man Utd, Derby play off game, al the final day relegation scraps. I love this club.

Bags of pace? No end product? He'd be sure to be a fans favourite!!

When in reality, thousands of people each week up and down the country stand up in football stadiums without any problems whatsoever. I've certainly never had a serious injury from standing on my feet in any other walk of life.

Christmas is the only time of the year where I genuinely wish I was a kid again. Staying awake all night reading MATCH annuals counting down each minute until 6am, when you were allowed in to "wake" the parents. Great times.
