  1. Exactly. I'm bound to get shot down, but in the majority of circumstances, this is the age group that can afford any increase the most. By this age, most would be mortgage free, kids have all left home etc, alot more disposable income than many. Saying all this, I don't agree with the way it has been done, but I do agree with the decision.
  2. "it's not about the money". No, of course it isn't, Bernie.
  3. Season tickets won't be sold in Block 43, well they never have before anyway. I'll be down there 1st thing 14th July to get with a few other lads who are renewing in 42.
  4. I'm going on Sunday, could see a result at this rate...
  5. Same amount of games. Anyway, 60-65 is the age group that can (usually) afford it most. If people have retired before 65 then they have enough wedge for a 30% increase anyway. If they haven't, then they should pay the same as any other working person.
  6. The home game against Derby in the play offs wasn't included. I had a ST that year and can remember buying my play off ticket. Still have the stub at home too somewhere.
  7. I assume he falls into the 60-65 age category. Changing Seniors from 60 to 65 seems to have had the biggest impact on prices across the board.
  8. Good question. They haven't excluded it from the pricing diagram so who knows?
  9. If you have an NUS card then I assume you'll be fine. They aren't exactly hot on it.
  10. £440 for a new concession, i'll take that. Thank god i'm starting teacher training!
  11. To make it sound like a motorbike? We used a playing card and a peg around early 90's!
  12. Power Rangers.
  13. I know, I was answering your question.
  14. About 1.8 billion barrels. I've counted. According to US Geologists, there is $1 trillion worth of mineral resources there too.
  15. I could never work in that sort of environment. Can't you just tell them to shut the f*ck up? Or is it different in offices?
  16. They don't see them as a good investment! They seem them as a perfect way to clean up their cash. They have already stated they are in it for "business only".
  17. Surely everyone can expect between £400-£600?? It's not like we are waiting for whether it'll be £1000 or £100,000.
  18. No, same amount. 24 in the league so 23 home games again.
  19. I assume you've applied for Wrestling? Gymnastics was/is for the mother!
  20. Ketchup or HP?
  21. I got £126 worth from an exposure of £600 so pretty pleased. That's two events from the opening ceremony, athletics, swimming, volleyball and gymnastics.
  22. There will be 2nd chance sales soon enough, and a ticketing exchange set up once people realise they don't want to go to the Weightlifting anymore. Tickets will be easy enough to come by espicially for some of the "sports" nobody else is interested in.
  23. So the mob that Bournemouth weren't happy with take over at Pompey. You couldn't make this **** up!
  24. It has taken 39,400 posts..
